I can't say enough about Chris, the owner of the company with respect to helping us with an outside Carrier HVAC for our downstairs. He came out immediately after I contacted him last Sunday when he evaluated the overall unit (e.g., gas pressure, temperatures, general condition of the unit and its parts) and diagnosed the problem to be the draft inducing motor. He indicated it was the loudest noise he had ever heard! It was so violent, in fact, that I had to previously prop the Carrier gas pack unit with cardboard baffles to dampen the excessive noise. It still was LOUD regardless! He mentioned that his fee for coming out to diagnose the problem would be applied to the part/repair if I chose to do so. We made arrangements for the work which he was able to promptly do without any issues. He was able to clean out the side of the unit in which the motor sat, adjust the gas pressure, and securely install (with silicone) the draft inducing motor, which was the original manufacturer piece as opposed to the breaking down Packard unit sitting there. He was very kind, professional, took his shoes off when coming into our house, and was very polite throughout the repair process. His cost was extremely reasonable and well deserved. However, I can't pay him enough for his honesty--it is priceless. I highly recommend Chris to service your HVAC needs. In fact, I will be reaching out to him in April to maintain our A/C unit and maintain our upstairs furnace.

Huge thanks to CMG Heating & Air, LLC for getting our 1st floor heater going, on the eve of this impending winter storm. He was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem. Then, took time afterward, to explain what he did, offering future maintenance tips. CMG is definitely our go-to HVAC company to work with, along with most of our subdivision. Highly recommended!

CMG is fairly priced, reliable and super friendly. I don't enjoy having to fix my HVAC but I enjoy working with them. The can't be said for most of the other companies I've dealt with in the area.

I had an emergency gas leak 2 days before thanksgiving from some earth settling around my home due to excavation work. Dylan came and figured out that the problem was with our thermostat. We had been told by another company that we needed a new computer board. Dylan repaired the thermostat quickly and charged us half of what the other company wanted to charge. He also helped us understand our A/C system. We will be sticking with CMG!

Unlike many other HVAC companies, they earn for their expertise and genuinely needed repairs and maintenance, not by commission for selling new systems, so their advice is genuinely objective. CMG's rates are very reasonable and the job was done right! I cannot recommend CMG highly enough.

Chris Grahl did a great job with diagnosing my AC refrigerant leak, ordering the Evaporator Coil replacement and installing in a timely manner. I was very pleased to have my AC unit running efficiently at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend CMG Heating and Air.

I suspected the heat pump was low on refrigerant. The technician came out and told me that it was too cold to accurately check the refrigerant level and adjusted the heat strips instead. A month later, with warmer weather, I complained again about being low on refrigerant. Chris promptly came out and added the needed refrigerant. They are quick to do what it takes to provide the best customer experience and to correct any miss-understandings.
