Mark has worked on my unit for years. Called in the morning the day before a major holiday and they were able to work the service call in. Unit needed Freon…quick fix & reasonable rates.

I had great past experiences getting serviced by Superior. Until this last visit. I had two gentleman who I overheard talking racial slurs and calling me out my name. I do not take discrimination kindly at all! Wanted to make this review incase any other POC wanted to get a service done by them

Mason arrived on time. He was professional and did winter preventative maintenance on an older model heat pump. I recommend Swift Brothers.

I called at 11 to report my AC not working and they scheduled someone to come out between 3-5 same day. It ended up being nothing serious so they went ahead and did my yearly maintainence ! Marc was thorough and right on time!

Worst HVAC company I've ever used. tldr: They installed a new system on a new house, didn't put it in correctly, and charged me to fix their own mistakes.
So a year and a half ago they installed my HVAC. Apparently the tech didn't know what he was doing because he left a lot incomplete and installed incorrectly and they ended up firing him for incompetence. They didn't bother having someone come back and look it over though because a few months later I found the condensate pipe just pouring water into my crawlspace. They came out and fixed that but said everything else was good. Well, it wasn't. Now they've had to come and fix a damper, a temperature sensor, put in some gaskets that were missing, and fixed a few other things that weren't installed correctly. Basically the system was working twice as hard as it needed to to produce a third of the air and once the outside temps got up it just couldn't deal anymore. And now they're billing me to fix their own mistakes. I tried to dispute it and they said I should have told them they hadn't installed it right sooner. How was I supposed to know!? I know nothing about HVAC. And they should have just done it right the first time. But no apparently it's my fault. Also I had to sit in a 104 degree house (the photo says 99F but that's as high as the thermostat goes apparently) and wait for them to show up because they have come kind of subscription plan that they fix all their problems first and I'm just a second class citizen because I didn't pay them an extra $300 a year for priority service. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced in my life. I'm going to have to file a bbb complaint or something I guess to get the service charges back from paying them to fix their own inability to properly install an HVAC.

Not good. He misdiagnosed the problem and gave me quotes to replace systems that are fine. It was just a valve issue. I would not recommend this company as a result.

Marc has been my technician for many years and he is excellent! He is very professional and helpful when we have a heating or air problem. Our experience with SHA has always been great!

Excellent experience with Marc Hendrick! Had clogged condensation lines in the HVAC along with other issues. He was able to find the problems, fix the issues, and great advice on ways to prevent from happening in the future. Didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary things. Called the morning of and he was there by 3:30pm that afternoon. Great experience with a great price tag! Highly recommend.

We like the products. Converted electric central AC and gas furnace to total electric heat pump using existing shared ductwork. Very professional team. Prompt quote and response time. Good price. Installation team did an excellent job. Very thorough and careful with their work and clean up. We are very happy with our experience and will enjoy our new system for years to come.

Brent Davis called to confirm appointment.He changed the filters and worked on the heating system. There were no problems found. Brent agreed to send me information on an addition for the system.

Justin was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing, gave me the price, completed the work, and checked everything afterwards. He flushed my Noritz tankless water heater out so it can function properly. Thanks for a job well done!

I received a prompt appointment when I called. They came out the next morning and Repaired the leak in less than an hour. The price was very fair and I am a pleased. Customer would definitely use them again!
