I was in the need for an HVAC crew and somebody told me about Miller's. I had to take the time to praise the many good aspects of this outfit. You call and they answer right away. You get an appointment and the technician showed on time! Crew was helpful, respectful hard working guys that barely took any breaks just to get some water in the middle of July's heat. I had questions, they answered. The price, competitive and cheaper to other shops without reaping you off.
I want to commend Austin, both Chris and Noah for a Job well done. Appreciate all the help and hard work.

Had a lady approach us at Home Depot wanting to come out to service our heat/air. Had them come service and was told we would need a new part that would run around $5000 to replace. New system would run around $10,800. Told them we wanted to get 2nd opinion. We have used Miller several times in the past and wanted to know what they thought. Austin came out to give us a quote on a new system. Awesome dude!! Called us after he came by and said he didn't want to sell us something if we didn't need it and wanted to send out his crew to check behind the other company to make sure something was really wrong with the system. Even if we had to pay for a service call we would rather pay that than a new system. Zach and Chris came out the very same day and checked the whole system over and said he could not find anything major wrong. There was a small part that we could replace now that runs $40 but we could wait on that and call later if it went out. He had the part on the truck if we wanted to replace so we went ahead and replaced. We signed up for their maintenance program and they will come back out later in the year to check and clean the system. I cant say enough about Miller and their awesome staff Austin, Zack and Chris. Was very thankful for their honesty and professional service.

Excellence in HVAC and the human spirit. That is truly hard to find in today's corrupt world. Christopher is an exceptional young man, and exuded every good quality of an upright character. I didn't know how to reach Miller's, so I left an AI automatic generated message, emailed Austin, and waited for a call back on the weekend mind you! Austin saw his email, and staff saw the AI, and Austin fielded the call to Christopher who called me and promptly came out. I can't say enough about the heart of this business. They follow this biblical teaching in the Bible: Philippians 2:3,4,5 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.

Chris worked hard fixing my AC. He was outside & in the attic checking everything before he left to make sure repairs worked. It had to be 100 degrees in the attic & not much less outside. He was professional and I would recommend this company and Chris anytime. Charge per hour was reasonable considering what other HVAC companies are charging.

Best air conditioner guys ever. Very polite and knowledgeable Answers all questions. Been with them for a couple of years and I will never go anywhere else. Pricing is great also.

Miller Services is the best. They put in my unit HVAC last year and I’ve done maintenance on both winter and summer the technicians that came out were spectacular. They worked hard, We’re extremely professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone that he needs service or a new unit.

Miller Services is my go-to family owned local company for all things HVAC! The entire team is kind and hardworking- 2 things that are hard to find these days! They have replaced our heat (oil to natural gas) and did such a wonderful job that we reached back out when it was time to replace the AC unit. They got it done in 1 day! 10/10

Miller's HVAC Services in Archdale, NC provided superb services!! We experienced air conditioning problems and they came out the very next morning! They fixed it and the service person was very polite, kind, & professional. We have used them before during the winter & they came out the very next morning & got our furnished repaired when others said we needed a new furnace!! We highly recommend Miller's HVAC to you!

Miller services and the technician they sent were very honest, on time and efficient. They scheduled me for a service visit on the very next day of my contacting them. They came highly recommended by several family members and friends, boy were they right. Christopher Bass, my technician got my AC up and running in under ten minutes and did other suggested repairs (with my permission) that were very reasonable. He stayed long enough to make sure everything was 100%. AC is ice cold and running like new, even though it is a older unit. Millers honesty is the exact opposite of the company I had trusted for two weeks to fix the problem. That company did not and were very dishonest in several ways and were aiming to get me to either buy a new unit, or pay for unnecessary expensive repairs. I highly recommend Miller to others.

I requested a service call late Sunday evening for a non-working A/C. Miller confirmed that same Sunday evening for a Monday morning appointment. They came out early on the next morning and made sufficient repairs and had my unit functioning within an hour. Great response and service.

Miller has been great! Most recently they were able to trouble shoot an issue I was having and were not stuck with the red tape of larger companies. They got me up and running for a few hundred dollars instead of thousands.

Miller Services are absolutely everything you want and expect from an HVAC service.

They show up on time, they are totally professional, reasonable, and personable. I have them inspect my systems with the changing of the seasons. When anything needs repair they have the parts to fix it on the truck because they are familiar with my systems; and they come prepared!!

I give them a five star rating. I called around 8:00am and some was here in a little over an hour.The technician did some troubleshooting and the repair was made in a little over an hour. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them!
