Chris from Carolinas Junk Removal delivered to me an extremely heavy set of concrete table and benches. I'm not sure how he did it, they were so heavy!! I wasn't home, but he placed them very nicely and very carefully out of the way of my driveway where I could still easily access them and still park my car when I got home. He was very considerate, on time, and communicated through the entire process. I would recommend his service to everyone I know. He did a great job!

Completely unprofessional James is a crook. During the tree removal and stump grinding everything went well however I needed somebody to redo a gravel driveway for me and ask for recommendations from him he told me that he could do it for me and all he needed was a deposit after giving him a $1200 deposit he left and hasn’t called me back in over a month after stealing all of my deposit. He went as far as to block my number so that I couldn’t even try to get in touch with him do not use a service he’s a ConMan he’s done this to clients in the past before and he has an F on the Better Business Bureau. Still waiting on my money James it’s been 2 months!!!

James Terry and his crew are the best! I would recommend them if you need any trees cut down. Very friendly and always answered questions and concerns that I had. The price was also right!

TreeCare LLC helped us maintain our trees yesterday. Thanks to their expertise, we can breathe a sigh of relief that any potentially looming danger from trees falling on our new home, or on any nearby electrical lines, has been averted. I recommend that any person with trees near their property or house take a proactive approach to preventing any possible damage that could occur from any unpredicted windstorm or excessive rainfall. It would be more ideal to view your home in a "Good Housekeeping" magazine than an article with a local news story that references any unfortunately incurred damage from mother nature's unscheduled wrath. They also have experience with the flow of water that results from precipitation, and knowledge of how you can increase your control of any excessive water flow.

I had a great experience with this company! The owner is very kind and responsive. The team did such a great job and listened to requests I had and were happy to answer questions. I feel like the price was extremely fair and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

Update…. Guys came back out for more work this makes the third time! and done another Great Job!!! Amazing Skills!!!

Update: Treecare showed up this weekend to remove another tree that fell! Great crew yet again!

The tree removal crew was fabulous. They did a remarkable job and were very professional. We had 3 trees removed and they were supposed to come back to grind the stump for one of the trees at a later date. After multiple efforts to contact James, most without any response, we finally got a date set. The morning of the scheduled stump removal I received a text saying there was an equipment issue, but they were working to get it resolved. That was the last communication I’ve had from James. I’ve texted and called James at least 5 times asking for some updates, weather it’s good or bad news, without any response. They still haven’t come back to grind the stump in spite of already being paid for that service when the trees were removed. Seems James is much less than an honest contractor.

I’d you need a contractor that’s responsive and communicates with the customer DON’T call Tree Care.

We had a handful of tree cutting services come out and quote our job. James at TreeCare LLC gave us the best price by a long shot, which didn't compromise the quality of work whatsoever. James, Arron, and Jahfonte not only did a great job with the removal of the trees, but they also spent a surprising amount of time cleaning the debris around the yard. They all treated the yard as if it were one of their own and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend using TreeCare LLC!

NO SHOW (& no call)
We had an appointment with TreeCare LLC, confirmed via text. However, they never showed and will not return calls.
The gentleman who came to do the assessment seemed very knowledgeable and professional, so we chose this company over others with lower estimates.
Perhaps there was a reason for the No Show - things happen. But no call / not returning calls is extremely unprofessional. Our experience with this business is that they are totally unreliable.

Update: These guys are still amazing! I had them come back last week before the storm and they are like monkeys! Great attitudes! Cleaned up good too

This was a Very Good experience for me! I moved here from out west where we had trees but not like here so I was so confused on what I needed to do and uneducated. I called TreeCare they were prompt, very well organized and extremely knowledgeable when it came to trees. I was a little scared at first due to not knowing anyone local but they made me feel much better! Tree work isn't the cheapest thing but after calling a few other companies I found these guys were in the ball park and after the time they spent explaining everything I made the decision to go with them & I'm so Glad I did!
