The crew was extremely professional. Owner James Terry gave me a very fair price on topping and cutting down a large pine tree near the corner of our house. It took no time, and all cuts were percise. He even gave free consults on other trees on the property. You could tell he wasn't there to sell unneeded services, but genuinely cared about the quality of work.

We are very pleased with the service provided by TreeCare LLC. James was very communicative during the entire process. We had trees trimmed of dead-wood, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after. We would use their service again.

These 4 guys who came to my house, as a team, worked as a team. They listened to the crew leader’s instructions, which kept everyone safe, in light of the very dangerous job they were doing.

I called them to get a quote, they came out on time and gave me a great quote. Came back the next week, and did a fantastic job cutting my tree back and cabling it. Lots of power lines to work around and neighbors houses and they cleaned up everything and nothing was damaged. Very nice, very personable and would use them again anytime. Also gave me tons of insight on what they did, how it would help and what I need to do in the future.

Once again, Tree Care did an excellent job for us. After discovering that a large tree near the house had uprooted and lodged in another tree, we called James and his crew. They were able to remove the tree the next day in a safe and professional manner.

I had two huge white oak trees which were already down and I needed them removed. I also had another very large poplar tree, which needed to be removed and was a very challenging tree to remove safely.

I called several tree companies (many won’t even answer the phone) and ultimately decided to go with TreeCare LLC. James answered the phone immediately and had excellent communication throughout the process. He met with me personally to discuss my quote, explain the process and set expectations. While there, he provided expert guidance on my poplar (which I Slo had them remove) and another tree of concern.

I found TreeCare LLC and James to be honest, professional, and reasonable with their pricing. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend you call them if you have any concerns/needs regarding any trees. You won’t be disappointed.

James and the crew did an amazing job. We had a very large maple with crazy swooping branches that had to come down. There were many obstacles in the way, a fence, light post and an outdoor climbing wall. They took it down with extreme care, without damaging a thing! Thank you! Highly recommend and will call James again if we need any tree services. 5 stars!

As a certified tower-climber for the DoD, I was extremely impressed with the safety procedures employed by the entire team. They harvested/dropped three-trees that were in excess of 70 feet tall with no damage to our property or injuries to team members. Their job-site synergy was amazing to watch. The overall demeanor of this crew was polite, very courteous and professional. You cannot go wrong selecting this team for your tree-care services.

James and team did a wonderful job trimming trees and removing excess weeds back to property lines. Gave quote and didn't try to increase prices price. He was very business like and professional. I would recommend. Great work.

Well, they cut the tree down, but did not cut it to expectations from the discussion that we had cut the tree down left it in a huge piece and then when I asked about it, they kept telling me they were going to come out and fix it but never did but wanted to make sure they got their payment

James with TreeCare is wonderful! He knew quickly the tree was dead and arranged a time to get it down for us quickly. He is polite and honest. If you need tree help James is who to call!

Removed some trees after storm and a couple others that I needed removed. Quote was cheaper than others and work done on time. Also had 2 stumps removed and they got those done. Communication was good and overall very happy!

Second chances: Disgruntled first impression after my last experience of hiring this tree service. I wanted to write a bad review but hesitated to do so. Recently called James for another estimate and was both honest and upfront, sharing my past concerns and issues. He appreciated the opportunity to make things right which he did. He was easy to reach, understanding and expressed concern over the previous incident. As a result he displayed integrity and exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company even after my bad experience the first time. In the end we are both glad we gave each other a second chance . The second time was exceptional. Great job James and thank you!

TreeCare quoted a reasonable price, did great work, and has been a pleasure to work with! They removed a large tree from my backyard including quoting, grinding the stump, and debris removal, in less than a week. They’re also very communicative and completed their work without being disruptive. I highly recommend working with these guys for all of your tree needs!

TreeCare was absolutely awesome from top to bottom. James responded to my need very quickly, set up a team within a day, and took care of the job 100%. He was honest about the work, significantly outbidding others too. Very nice guy as well. Strongly recommend.

I was looking for a tree removal service to take down some trees in my backyard and grind down some stumps. My neighbor recommended TreeCare so I gave them a call. I spoke with James Terry and within a couple of hours James stopped by, surveyed what I wanted done and gave me a very fair quote. We scheduled a time and the day before James reached out to verify our scheduled time and the day of he texted and said they were on their way. Communication was great and James and his team’s work was top notch!! I would definitely recommend TreeCare.

We had a great experience with TreeCare. They were professional, timely, and affordable. James did a great job of taking our tree needs and budget limitations and formulating a plan to help us achieve our goals.

UPDATE (NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER): Our initial experience was great. James told us to call him back once we removed all sawdust from stump grinding if the stump needed to be taken down some more. We also had some roots in driveway that need to be taken care of so it would be safe for our aging parents backing out of the driveway. He said they would come out and take care of it. It's been almost a year of James ignoring our phone calls and now we can't even get office staff to respond. I guess we will have to hire another company to finish up what he agreed to do. Not sure that we will use them again. Just beware!
