Scheduled a request for estimate, wife takes the afternoon off, waits for 3 hours and no phone call or response to let us know we need to reschedule. I need help and am totally ok if someone just says no I can’t, that is more helpful than not showing up

Amazing company, had an issue with my AC they came out quoted me a new system which I new I was gonna need. They were out there fast to get it installed for me in this heat. The crew that was there were curtious and after they left you couldn't even tell they were there, well besides the ice cold air now blowing through the vents. I would highly recommend this company.

I had an incident on the road today with one of the workers in a van today. They had abruptly got in front of me and tried to cut me off. I slammed on my breaks, blew on my horn, and I seen I had space to get around, so I did just that. He threatened to hit my car and almost rammed it into my car. I understand everyone has somewhere to be, but this is very unprofessional and very scary as a woman to be threatened by a man having road rage because I was trying to get over. I did call the owner and the owner did not really seem to understand my position, kind of just shrugged off the fact that one of his workers was acting unprofessional and very dangerously on the road threatening to hit me. I hope the man is fired or at least written up. I was supposed to receive a call today, but still haven’t gotten one. This goes to show they do not care about anyone’s safety. If I could give a zero I would for wreck-less driving and inconsideration of not helping me or understanding as a business owner.

I have been using Perrigo for 8 years. I am very happy with them. I have had several repairs on my HVAC unit. Brad is an excellent technician. He always explains what the issue is and how he’s going to repair it. Super polite and knowledgeable. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful! I would recommend to anyone that needs service or repairs.

I was in need of an evaluation of an HVAC system that has given me trouble in each of the last 3 years. I called Gerald Griffin along with 2 other local big name companies and asked for them to come out and evaluate my system. All of the opinions were relatively consistent that ultimately I could keep replacing parts on my system but a full replacement to address some issues from the original installation were recommended. My reason for choosing to do business with Gerald Griffin was numerous positive reviews, a local small business and lastly his quote to install my system was significantly less than another quote for exactly the same equipment. My system has been in for a couple of weeks now and functioning great. Gerald has called and stopped by to check the function also. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Our heating and air unit went out, the next day we called Gerald Griffin and he had his crew here within 2 days and a new unit was installed, the old unit was taken away and they cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Griffin is always available to us at any time day or night to answer any questions we may have and ready to come over to show us how to operate the control if need be. I highly recommend this company to anybody.
