If I could give a lower rating I would. The owner of this company is very rude and disrespectful. The service tech removed my thermostat which still had a warranty on it and replaced it with a cheap model. No issue with what it was replaced with. As this is a rental. However the thermostat was purchased by me. And it still had a warranty on it. When I called it was after hours. The owner called me back shortly. What was very rude and disrespectful. Talked over me the entire time I was trying to explain something. Then Hung up on me. When I tried to call back and leave a message. He disconnected the message before I was able to leave it. I would never do business with this company.

First time using this company. Was impressed with how they kept me informed of my appointment. Daniel was courteous and professional and explained my problem and solution to my satisfaction. Their service call prices were fair and reasonable. Will definately use again. T Clear

I had Gerald Griffin heating and air conditioner for years, but my ac unit went completely out and they didn't want to come all the way to Lincolnton to put me in a new one because they hadn't put in a new unit yet! What a poor excuse. They came all the other times. That's okay I went with Rhinehart heating and air they are terrific.

We needed quite a bit of work done, zoning system, second thermostat, bigger AC unit etc. We had 2 companies out for an estimate. Gerald Griffins estimate was significantly less than and more reasonable than the other companies, for the exact same work. The guys who came to do the work were so completely nice and professional. They were very courteous about making sure they made no mess. After the work was completed the owner himself came a few days later to inspect the work . They have all been completely responsive and helpful to any questions or concerns we had along the way. I would recommend them all day every day!!

I tell everyone to benefit from this company if you need this service! The owner is honest about what needs to be done and oversees the hard work of his employees! They get the job done quickly

Not only was Gerald personable, he showed me (not just told me) exactly why my air wasn’t staying on, he didn’t mind me watching what he was doing and asking questions. I’ll never use anyone else!

My unit is at least 15 years old. I thought it was dead because it stopped cooling 2 days ago. Jordan came out and checked out everything. All was fine except it was clogged with debris. He cleaned it and now my house is cool again. Definitely will use them again. Thank you!
