Great people, they do great work, Had them replace my unit and their price was very good .The people that do the work are very professional and nice. The installer made sure that I knew how to set up all the settings and features before they left,made sure they picked up all the packaging and cleaned up the area. Called on a Sunday at 8 AM, Gerald Griffin came by within an hour. Immediately found the issue with my AC, fixed it and had another tech come on a separate day to level my air handler. It’s difficult to find a new home services vendor. I’d been putting it off for way too long. I asked a close neighbor for her recommendation and called Gerald Griffin Heating and Cooling. There were essentially two issues that needed to be taken care of. Jordan arrived at our home early and got right to work. Yes, I had a gas leak. Following his detailed care and explanation, I felt confident the issue was handled and I understood what to look for in the future. Yes my AC needed attention because my attic furnace had a minor leak. I signed up for a twice a year service plan. I paid exactly what I was quoted and I now know what to look for in these situations. I appreciate the kindness, efficiency and knowledge GG and their representative Jordan offered with our AC needs. Definitely 5 stars. I called Gerald Griffin this morning, because last night our HEAT was lost. The operator said in the phone that their Technician will come at noon. Sure enough, when I just had my lunch, MR. Jordan came right on time. He checked everything closely, and found the problem right away. He is very professional and he gave me very good suggestions. About one hour, he fixed the problem, and our heat was back (even warmer). I strongly recommend this company , they are very very good! Five stars!
