Avoid! I had several appointments for residential repair. They no showed my appointment twice after I took off work. They blew me off a third time when I called to ask what happened and they never called me back as promised. I'd go for someone else. Complete waste of time

Reggie was awesome! He came out and was polite and explained everything to me. Even the dog was impressed!

Reggie came out from modern plumbing and performed a sewer cleaning. He was professional and fast and communicated with me and my team very well.

I would absolutely stay away from this company. My water heater stopped working so I filed a claim with my warranty company and was assigned Modern Plumbing as the authorized contractor. They incorrectly diagnosed my issue and have refused to come back out to follow through with the claim. I have called my warranty company back and they gave me a different contractor.

They spent hours trying to unclog a sewer line. Never fixed it, but wanted 3 times market rate to fully repair it. Either scared of work or just screwing people. Had it professionally done for $2000 less. Now, they are trying to raise the price for the first visit. Why not raise the price of not fixing anything?

With the exception of the plumber, Marcus (who was great) these people are so unprofessional. Tina, the dispatcher, straight lied to my wife about a conversation I had had with her about setting up an appointment on Labor Day. Fast forward to a few weeks from then, and she lied to me about when the plumber would get there and when I called to inquire, she gave me attitude about it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Reggie and DJ were the guys who came to our house. Installed a new sewer line and new fresh water line. They were very professional and did a great job! Will use them again.

This was the worst experience I have had ever in life .. they sent an agent to my home. Who was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was in my pantry grabbing me so.e lunch as I was on my lunch break from work.. and he says I hate having to go to people homes. Then took everything apart turn off hot water. And called his office to say he can't complete his job as the clear path I made him wasn't hood enough. Then left my water heater wires out and exposed and hot water off. I proceeded yo call the office to advise of this hopping yo get a more respectful person yo deal with this, and I was talked over, constantly cutting off and told noooo we will not be hooking items back up and will be leaving water off as i... i.. the person getting lunch and being disrespected is being to aggressive for 👋 to finish... lol I never said one word . Oi guess my skin color intimidated him.. worse company ever.. do not let them do anything in your home especially if u have colored skin.

They came out twice for the same issue because they didn't fix the problem when they came the first time. We couldn't use our toilet for almost 2 weeks because of how long it took them to come back out after not originally fixing the issue. They ended up deciding to replace the toilet after not being able to figure out what was wrong. The technician drug our toilet out on a sheet through the living room. He scratched all of the laminate floors on the way out, water was everywhere and he left a mess in our bathroom. After installing the toilet, the problem was fixed but we now have a leak from the water line at the back of the toilet.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.We were referred to Modern Plumbing after an issue with a previous plumbing company (Carolina Plumbing). Our technician was friendly, reliable, hard working and very accomodating. He walked us through all the steps he was doing and how to take better care of our pipes in the future. I truly appreciate the hard work he provided and how he did not leave until we were fully satisfied. GREAT JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My toilet kept running, my rental company called Modern Plumbing, when I was called to schedule an appt, the office lady was very polite and joked with me like we had been friends for years! " what do you do when your toilet runs?? YOU CATCH IT!! 🤣" They had someone out to my house within 2 hours!! The gentleman was very proficient and fast. I will definitely be referring them to others!

Reggie was very professional and knew his stuff. He was neat and fixed our problem quickly. Also a very pleasant man. A pleasure to do business with him. I would highly recommend him to any one.

Not only did they fix my issue quickly and easily, they also explained how the faucet fixtures work and why they had the issues in the first place. This company is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

I have used Modern Plumbing for all of my services in the past and have always felt very taken care of. My reason for going out of my way to write a review today was because of how amazing their technician Reggie is. I had him come help install a new dishwasher and reconfigure some plumbing under my kitchen sink. I could not describe in enough words how kind and helpful he was not just to me but to my entire family. I have a 2.5 year old that was VERY interested in what he was doing and Reggie allowed him to be around for every step of the way. He was so incredibly kind and patient with him and really made my sons day. He did excellent work and it just felt like having somebody in your family over to help. There should be more people like him in the world. Modern Plumbing has done some larger services (main water line replacement etc) at my rental house and I found them to be the most fairly priced, most transparent and the friendliest people to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. And again, thank you to Reggie for making such a wonderful experience.

I rarely work with large companies anymore. Smaller companies offer better rates, better service, and often take more ownership of what they're doing. Final Plunge is no exception.

Sheldon is the owner and not only answered my call after 8pm on a weekday, but offered a next-day appointment to have our water heater looked at.

The tech, Victor, was pleasant and professional. Initially, we thought we could get thru the weekend without the water heater completely dying, but that didn't end up being the case. Sheldon, the owner, again answered after hours on a weekend and had a team out this morning to replace the water heater.

The install team was professional, clean, and again, I feel like you can't beat the price. I will absolutely be using this company again, and will recommend to friends, family, and clients of my own. This is a top-tier company.

Victor and Chase were great. They both were very knowledgeable and courteous. They got the entire job done in one day and worked very hard. They both have incredible problem solving skills and I am beyond happy to have had Final Plunge do the job. Victor with Final Plunge is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in any work he does. This is the 4th or 5th time I've used Final Plunge and every time they rock. Will continue using them.
