Excellent service! I called on a Monday (12/30) and said it wasn’t urgent but they got folks out to me on the afternoon of 12/31. Our washing machine (not the dishwasher) was backing ip into our kitchen sink. We have had other plumbers out before but they guessed and didn’t fix it.

Final Plunge kept me updated via text message as to when they were on their way. After they diagnosed the issue they quoted me a price and had me approve it before they started the work.

Sheldon and Chase came out and diagnosed the issue fixed it. It was a two fold issue of a partially clogged pipe and some other issue with the ventilation under it the kitchen sink.

Sheldon was very thorough in discussing the options with me. We went with option of cutting a hole in the drywall so they could get to the plumbing. They did an excellent job of cleaning everything up so your couldn’t tell they had been there.

This company is used by my neighbors as well and we all recommend them!

Called them this morning about a leak in our front yard. They worked it out so they could be at our place around lunchtime. Chase showed up on time. Looked over the situation and gave us a fair quote to fix the leak. He started right away and had it fixed in a very reasonable time. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I made an appointment cause the tub faucet was dripping constantly. I had previously pulled the stems so they were easy for him to pull out. He gave me an estimate of $259. I asked him what he was going to do. He said he would replace the washers (there were 4). I said you are charging me $89 to show up, but you can't put 4 washers on? He went on about all the insurance etc that they need to pay. Geez! I decided to go to Ferguson's and buy the replacement kit. Job completed in 30 minutes.
I really asked the guy, "are you really charging $259 to replace 4 washers. He said yes with a serious face! Then he said if that did not fix it, he could install a new one for $1250! I sent him away, but had to pay an $89 service call fee. So basically he did. nothing.

This was the best experience I have had with a company. I added a bathroom to my upstairs. They did all the plumbing from start to finish. They were extremely patient with me as a homeowner. I call with questions and they were very helpful. The young men that came to install everything were nice and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them 100 times over.

The only reason we are giving them 4 stars and not 5 is their cost. The guys that came out were nice and professional and did a good job at fixing the problem. But they quoted us a price for a new water heater and the cost was triple of what I paid less than a year ago for the same type of water heater in another home. I would definitely recommend them for their work, but just know it is costly.

Chase (with Final Plunge Plumbing) did a fantastic job, arriving same day and completing an emergency repair of our main water supply valve which was leaking even in the off position. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything involved and the time required to fix the problem. His calming presence was very much appreciated in this time of stress and concern. We will definitely call on Final Plunge for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Final Plunge did a great job installing a new shower head with sliding bar fixture in our tiled shower. Their work is very neat, prices are fair.

Final Plunge did a great job on my water heater removal/relocation. They also added a new softner system to help our water quality. Victor did a great job explaining and getting the work done in timely manner.

Victor with Final Plunge Plumbing was great, super chill, contacted us to offer stopping by earlier than scheduled and did solid, quick work. When we initially contacted Final Plunge online, Michelle reached back out within half an hour to determine the nature of the job, schedule a technician visit for next day and collect our information. Fast service, great communication and good work for a reasonable price.

We sold our house and had to fix a drain issue in a bathtub. We called another plumber at first and they did not fix the issue. We called this company and Russell came by same day to diagnose the issue at no charge. He came back later and correctly diagnosed the issue for an older bathtub and fixed it quickly. Great plumber and very easy to work with and honest man.

Chase was very communicative and thorough with his service! I’m a landlord and wasn’t there for the service, but he called several times to keep me informed of his findings and progress. He followed up with a written description of everything and photos for my records. Price was reasonable for the same-day service and I’d recommend Final Plunge to others.
