I called a lot of residential electric company Alliance confirmed the first to come the technician Mack came out he was very helpful assessed the problem and worked very hard to make sure the problem was fixed I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electric work done.

It is January 2022. With all the internet and resources at our disposal (you’re selling solar energy for Gods sake) the last thing a potential customer wants is a jolly knock at their door at 1pm followed by unwanted (yet pleasant) conversation. Please end door to door solicitation.

They don't treat there employees very well, sprained my wrist doing strenuous repetitive actions.reported off for 2 days and was notified that I was fired.never was concerned about my wrist or well being.(should have filed worker's comp claim.) employees are expected to supply there own power hand tools.never had to do that anywhere else.there appears to be a financial or credit problem with this company because they never had the proper supplies to complete the jobs.although I was not hired as a temporary employee. I found out that all there employees are hired that way.(cheap inexperienced labor.) would you want a temporary employee wiring anything in your home or business?!!!no breaks and mandatory 60 hours.pass on by this one.

Within 30minutes after opening Holly called and set up something for today she was very friendly called when Mark was on the way very friendly and professional explained everything before doing it Also quoted me which I thought was a fair price thanks so much

I called Aspire Electric and informed him of my issue. Jim got to the property in 15 minutes. He informed me there storm outage I was not in town. I called 2 other companies and never got a call back. When I need an electrician, Aspire Electric will be my first choice.

Still have the same problem I had before I called and worried about a fire hazard. Called to complain and was responded to with very rude customer service. The electrician was nice enough, the billing/accounting lady though......If she treated my customers like she treated me, I'd fire her on the spot. Very unprofessional! They should aspire to do better.

Called on Friday and they were here first thing Monday morning. Alex and Sam did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our hall light switch issue. Couldn't have asked for better service.
