Horrible prices. They ripped off my mom. $83 for a 100 amp cutler hammer breaker. I found it online at Amazon for $40. Do not shop here! We tried to see if we could get her a refund and they refused.

They did not put the no return policy on the receipt, so I had no way of knowing unless I drove up to the store myself and looked at their notice on the door. She's an older lady so she does not notice or remember things like that.

It's clear that this company puts the all mighty dollar before good customer service and affordability. Such a shame.

The breaker she bought is new and never been used. But, now we'll have to sell it online to try to get some of her money back. Do not shop at this place because it's clear they don't care about their customers!

Edit: After talking to several people and a manager she was able to get her money back. The words she gave me was that she had to beg to get her money back. I am not sure what she had to say. She is in her 60's and she got pretty emotional about it. I'm glad she was able to get her money.

It’s hours before the big winter storm. Big box stores are swarming with people and all inventory of cords and plugs are gone and I needed a 50 amp plug to hook the new generator to the house. I’m happy to say the guys here at City Electric had what I needed. They were helpful and even offered some needed info. The prices were a little higher than expected but they had what I needed.
