Our builder contacted a plumber on our behalf to address an issue with our shower base leaking. We were informed the plumbing company would call to schedule an appointment. We never received a call to schedule. Someone from Doug Kimery arrived unannounced while I was at work, luckily we had a family member home to let them in. They caulked around the base and where there was some mildew buildup (we haven't used this shower in a month due to the leak) they caulked over the mildew in clear caulking. If they had called ahead and discussed it I would have gladly made sure their work area was clean. If they didn't want to take a minute or two wipe the area before they caulked (I get it, plumber not a cleaner) they could have atleast mentioned it to who we had home at the time and we would have taken care of it. Now we just have mildew spots permeantly under our caulking. I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 simply because I was told they were atleast polite.

Jim came and replaced the well pump switch and one of the outside hosepipe bibs. All good.
Courteous..Confident and Personable.
Couldn't ask for more.

I've used Doug Kimrey plumbing many times for both personal and business needs. They are always attentive, quick to respond and reasonably priced. My well pump died on a weekend and they were there to bail me out. I'm very pleased with their work. Never had a bad experience.

From my initial phone call to Doug Kimery Plumbing, I spoke with Tina. She was so helpful and promised to get in touch with the technician and call me back. Within two hours, Jim the plumber was at my home. What excellent customer service I received and many thanks to you Tina and to you Jim for your outstanding help. You both are a blessing to me. We contacted Doug Kimery Plumbing as our water just stopped so we were totally without any water. This company sent someone out the same day in a couple of hours of contacting them. They replaced a switch to the pump and had us back with water in no time. Thanks guys!
They were great and we would highly recommend them!

Johnny was absolutely amazing! I called for help with a clogged kitchen sink, and he was able to come on the same day. The problem was much more extensive than either of us expected, leading him to have to replace part of a pipe in my basement. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and (equally important) he was friendly and kind. I would recommend him a million times.

Made an appointment for them to come out and fix our bathroom sinks and to look at why our toilets run non stop, was told they would be at our house around 11am, called around 11:30 to see if there was an update on when they would be arriving as my husband took time off work to be there. Was told that “we called and left two messages saying we needed to reschedule”, no one ever called or left any messages. I do not recommend them, they are lacking in communication

I will not purchase another home that has had plumbing done with this company. They inaccurately input my septic pump and it has resulted in $2500 in damages because it was functioning properly and burned up. I didn't not discover the problem until it was out of warranty and my downstairs bathroom toilet started messing up. Nobody wants to take accountability. Thankfully no damage was done to the inside of my home and my child was not harmed. Please beware!

Had hot water pipes freeze. Called Kimreys and call was responded to almost immediately with Greg coming within 20 min. to resolve my issue. Right after snowstorm.
Excellent response time, professional repairman. Honest and fair pricing. Definitely Recommend!
