Over the weekend of Dec 3-5 I found myself without natural gas for my home heat or hot water due to a mistake made by another company. On Dec 4th Associated Plumbing came to my rescue. They got my heat and hot water back on in quick order. Everyone in this company that I talked with or had any contact with during this problem was very understanding, patient, and kind. I have just recently moved to this area and if these people are any kind of example of the people here; this is going to be a great place to call home.

Prompt, excellent service on an emergency plumbing issue. The two workers were respectful of my home and time, explained the issue and fixed the problem. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you APC.

Robert & Seth installed a laundry sink and replaced a drain line that serves a laundry sink and washer.
They work very efficiently together.
I’ve used Associated Plumbing since the early eighties and they have always come through brilliantly.

I had a plumbing emergency at 7 pm on a friday and they were out and working within an hour.
Associated has been my plumber for about 50 years and I am a satisfied customer. Gene Kimery still runs the business and he really knows his stuff!

I hired Assoc Plumbing to replace my well pump which failed. I picked up a replacement pump while awaiting their service call the next day. Day 2 unfortunately the pump was stuck in mud and would not come out pulling by hand. They ran a hose between my house and neighbor's to provide some water until repair completed. A crane was brought in day 3 which freed the pump. They made quick work of the swap and found failed tank (secondary) in final testing. A couple of days later returned to replace failed tank returning our system to normal operation.

Fantastic service! Twenty minutes after my first call, Saturday o/a 3:40, a plumber responded in less than 20 minutes. He notified the personnel in my area and my problem was repaired within 2 hours. They were prompt, professional, and very efficient. Thanks a million!!

Wow... after reading some of these reviews I didn't know what to think... that being said, we needed a plumber and we got more than what we expected (after having read the reviews). These guys who came out were not only very polite and courteous, they where fast to find the problem (no water) and fix the problem. They didn't try to sell a lot of additional work however they did point out a few things for us to keep an eye on (as our bladder tank is kind of out of the way). These guys also charge by the hour and I must say they didn't spend anytime sitting around wasting time. They got there, found the problem and fixed it.

I would defiantly recommend these guys!

OK so let me add to my experience, so after the initial problem was fixed, I now had some issues with the water pressure fluctuating, I called and they sent someone out to look at / repair that same morning. That night when I got home, I noticed the issue was gone however my pressure was now just consistently low. I called again (at 4:00pm in the afternoon) and they had someone at my house with in the hour. They made a couple of minor adjustment and wala.....

I said all that to say this: again, these guys did a good clean job up front, we had some minor issues with the parts installed, but that took complete care and ownership of the issues ad no additional charge.

Again, I would completely use / recommend these guys!

I had an emergency sewage back up at my business and would've had to close... They were here in 20 minutes! The owner himself showed up with them! They are amazing! If u have any plumbing issues and want things done promptly and correctly... I suggest call Associated Plumbing!

Called at 11:45 with a water heater issue on a Friday. New one installed by 3:30. Great customer service for a short time frame.

Called and needed help cutting off and rescheduling my well Purifier after a power outage. Called Associated Plumbing and within 30 mins or less they were at my house ready to fix the problem. Thanks for the quick response and professional service.

I called Associated Plumbing at 5:20 pm, which was after normal operation hours.
Eric took my call and gave priority to our 'Kaput' water heater situation. He arrived early the next morning and replaced the old water heater very efficiently. Thank you!

A pipe broke in my crawl space on Saturday afternoon. I called Associated Plumbing and about a half hour later received a call from a plumber. The first thing he did was warn me about the emergency weekend fees. I told him fine and that I have no water at the moment.
He then said he had two other calls before me and would be here around 7 or 8p. I said fine and sent him a picture off the break. 9p rolls around so I call him, no answer. I text him, no response. I call the answering service whom said they believe he was still in the field and they would have him call me with a new ETA. 10p rolls around and still no call.
I called back and cancelled them. How can a company claim to offer 24 hour service and not have the common courtesy to return a phone call?
I will never use this company and caution anyone who does.

Came out to do some work for me. Tried to charge me for more time than they were actually there. I verified this with my renters that lived at the house and text messages. I expect a reply from the owner and an apology too online. I see that on his negative reviews he doesn't usually comment. What a shame. Still waiting for a response and an explanation from the owner. You asked me to do a review. I guess you just don't want to admit the wrong. If I owned a company I would at least try to explain what happened. Still waiting for response from owner 🙄

The technicians from Associated Plumbing came incredibly quickly to assist us. They promptly assessed the back up issue we were experiencing and fixed the problem in an expeditious manner. We highly recommend this company for any plumbing need.

Robert Lee and his helper were phenomenal! Very assertive and professional. Neat and clean work. They both went above and beyond installing my hot water heater. Highly recommend.

After what we thought was a clog and after over a week of having 3 plumbers come to our house to tell us we have a major costly plumbing issue, Associated came out and unclogged our sewer line in 30 minutes! Thank you guys so much! They were very transparent about what they were going to do and the pricing. They also gave us the knowledge we need to help prevent the problem. We really appreciate you guys!

The first two techs didn't listen to me at first about how there wasn't a clean out in the yard, or what was done the last time the sewer backed up 4 years ago. Then they called a third person for help. He still didn't listen to me, and claimed they needed to get a hydro jet and come back. They never returned and they never called me. I had to call their after-hours service twice to finally get an answer almost 2 hours later stating that there was a larger emergency and they had to go take care of that instead. So I was left without a functioning sewer line as a result, and it was too late to call another plumber. They did not contact me the following day either, and I got a different company to take care of it.

I also believe they lied to me about this other emergency call because I drove by the building where this big emergency was, and there wasn't a single person or service vehicle there.

They literally abandoned me in my time of need.

My hot water heater went out.
First call to the company and they're On the job promptly. No time waisted, I had hot water in 2hrs or less. Phone Service Representative was very informative, Technicians are excellent. They all cared about my safety and my situation. I was so comfortable with the Technician and his ability to perform his duties I
feel asleep on the recliner...lol. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM....
