My technician Mr Wiley was super skilled, informative, and efficient during the entire job....drained the old water heater....removed....left the house to obtain ,then installed new tank within 2.5 hours....
Workmanship is amazing....new piping is now up to code....assembly and design of pipes are neat and appealing... Excellent job...very satisfied....

Oh yeah....three plumbing companies in Greensboro were unavailable to respond to my calls....Mr. Riley arrived 30 - 45 minutes from another county...OUTSTANDING !!!!

I called at about 8:30 AM about stopped up toilet. They were at my house within 2 hours. Excellent service.

Showed up with a Walmart auger, couldn’t unclog the pipe. Charged 50 dollars. What a scam. Called Another plumber, they unclogged the pipe in 15 minutes. Jack legs all day. Don’t waste your time or money on these guys.

I have used Associated Plumbing on a number of occasions for both my primary residence, as well as a few rental properties. I have always found the Associated Team members to be skilled at plumbing and electrical related to plumbing, professional in their methods, and providing a great service. Associated plumbing has assisted me with addressing my plumbing needs for both routine maintenance and emergency circumstances. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Their plumbers inadvertently put a hole in my drywall by forcing a PVC pipe into a hole. I called numerous times over a 3 week period, with the secretary promising someone would call me to fix it. Every time I call, she claims the owner isn't there or available. They will not return my calls to fix the damage they made to my property. Stay AWAY!!!!

I can't express the amount of relief I had when they showed up to take care of my problem. As soon as the weather cleared they were on site. They were quick professional and took care of everything.

Have used Associated for all of our plumbing needs for years. It’s nice to see the same guys time after time. They are always prompt to respond and courteous on the job site.

Called APC on Thursday morning they came out at 2:30 said he was going to try to find a hot water heater. Never heard back from him. Called Monday morning and was told it would be best to find someone else.

Called on Thursday because the kitchen sink handle broke off, and they were able to work us into their schedule the same day. Jeremy was very polite and knowledgeable and got the job done. Will use Associated again.

Tech arrived on time and assessed the issue quickly. Returning with required parts. Service was rendered quickly, with care and professionalism. Job site was cleaned after work completed.

Very polite, professional, great knowledge of their work and did not give up. They were able to unclog my main sewage line due to the age of the house plumbing and cleaned everything up so they saved me extra work!! :D Very friendly from the office to the plumbers. Michael and Robert were an amazing team! They came in and evaluated the problem. They went and got the part that was needed and fixed the problem. They were professional, friendly and thoughtful.

The young man Joey who come out to my residencewas very courteous and kind but I think he should have went a little bit more in-depth and searching for the water issue turns out that it was the tank for my water filtration system that was clogged that he recognized after the pressure tank was installed so the work was done $1,600 worth to only find out that it was a clog and one of my bigger tanks that I had installed by another water company who also said that they could have did the same replacement for a $650 all piping all fittings all pressure switches everything so it took me $1,600 to learn to reach out to others

They came out quickly after hours to assess the situation, and were able to determine what the problem was. Fixed it in a timely manner. Guys were professional. Happy with the service, will use them again!

Our water went out over the weekend and at first we figured the pipes had frozen from the cold or the pump went out. We called Denny's on Monday and they had their service guys out in a matter of a few hours. Steve and Elijah were very professional and had the pump in our well pulled and identified the problem shortly after. A wire had been damaged and they had the issue completely fixed and placed the pump back in the well. Steve and Elijah was communicating with my husband the entire time during the process and explained what had happened to cause the issue and what was needed to repair it. I highly recommend this company in case of an emergency or regular service call.

We did not state that we had an emergency and they didn't communicate that weekends were charged with overtime, nor did they state that they charge travel time. Be very careful when dealing with this company. They were at our place 30 minutes and the labor was almost $400. That is outrageous. Then I was called a liar by stating how long they were there. This is not a reputable company to deal with. I suggest finding someone else.
