I needed gray water lines from my kitchen & laundry room redirected to the septic tank. Duane & Isai were polite, professional, friendly and explained what they were doing in a way I could understand. A real plus for an old lady who is not knowledgeable about these things. When they were done, everything was cleaned up to a point that you never would have known they were here. If you need plumbing services, call this company. You won't be disappointed.

Brandon at Mr. Rooter really saved the day with this one. After not having plumbing for 5 days, calls after calls with my “warranty” company because they couldn’t locate someone to do the work, they finally allowed me to call an out of network plumber. SO glad I did! Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and quick. He completed the job without mistake. I suggest requesting him as your technician, as he clearly knows what he is doing. Richard Knapp came into my job today as I was closing, walked right passed a closed sign and sign saying I won't be back till 2pm. I was helping the last customer when he decided to walk past those signs. Since I am one single employee running this place I am forced to close for lunch each day. When I informed him of he such he got irritated and asked about our other location that also has one single employee and was closed for lunch. I informed him I don't have anything to do with that location. He became even more irritated and said he would not be bringing his "fleet" back to us and was taking his business else where. I've been with this company three years and we've never taken fleet vehicles. He was so angry the customer I had just helped(I have her name and I'm sure she'd be happy to spread the word since she was more mad than I was about it and seen his shirt too)addressed him for the way he was speaking. He then got I'm his black jeep and spun tires put of our parking lot. All while wearing his bright red Mr. Rooter shirt. I'll be telling everyone of how he treats people when he doesn't get his way. If he treats a severely short staffed business this way I can't imagine how he treats his coworkers.

This company is so great! We had no running water and a recommended plumber came out and charged us after doing nothing and we still didn’t have water. I then called mr rooter and actually found out what was wrong. We had a lot to fix but they got the work done very quickly and were very informative and polite. Our technician was Dwane Anderson, he was super helpful, nice, and definitely knows what he’s doing. We are so appreciative of how quickly he got everything done and that he explained everything along the way. We will definitely use this company for all future plumbing needs!

Omg. Mr. Dwayne, from Mr. Rooter came to the rescue today, on a Saturday to fix my sewage pipeline back up issue. He has been very professional and explained everything to me that he felt relevant to the repair process. He was such a pleasure and a breath of fresh air. Very effective and sufficient in his job....highly recommended.

when I called to see if I can get someone out I wasn't expecting it to be so quick so that made me happy. The guys were very professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. I do plan on using them again when I go to repair some other things throughout the house that involves sinks in our other bathroom as well. Thank you for your good service

I had a major plumbing emergency when the main sewer line at one of my rental houses was completely blocked and backing up into the tenants bath tub. It was not a pretty situation. The event happened late afternoon on a weekend. The Mr Rooter crew came and assessed the situation, and schedule a return visit the following morning. The Mr Rooter Team arrived on time and completed the difficult project of digging up my main line, and replacing it with newer updated pipe along with a new clean out. The team was knowledgeable, curteos, empathetic and professional. In just a few short hours, the problem was completely resolved with minimum interruption to my tenants. Their after hour emergency pricing was more than fair. I have used Mr Rooter several times and will continue to use them again for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you Mr Rooter.

Could not have asked for better service from Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Mr. Knapp was the person who installed a new faucet for me. Yesterday, I had a different problem and called Mr. Rooter again. Mr. Knapp came promptly both times at the promised time. It was impressive to see that he covered his shoes before entering. He left his work space clean and neat. We remembered that he had done some work for us several months ago and how pleased we were then..

Mr. Rooter was great! I called at night to get an appointment the next morning and they showed up, diagnosed what was wrong and fixed my entire water lines under ground and replaced my pipes inside. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Our main water supply pipe burst under the house this morning, which meant our whole house was without water. We called Mr. Rooter, and they had someone out there in under 2 hours, on a Saturday no less! Dwayne was very friendly, very professional, got us fixed right up, and was very good at explaining what had gone wrong and how he'd fixed it. (He also helped us in winter 2018 by replacing our wellhouse bladder tank, doing a great job despite working outside in snow, cold, and wind.) And what makes us extra happy is that Mr. Rooter doesn't charge extra for emergency weekend work! We've been their customers for over 10 years and they've always taken good care of us.

Mr. Rooter accurately diagnosed a long-standing problem with our 1-year, 3-month old tankless water heater and we were quickly added to their schedule for the needed modifications. Jason and David completed the modifications in a timely and professional manner. We definitely recommend and would use Mr. Rooter's services again.

Mr. Rooter installed a water filtration system for $5,000 and the water never improved. Called them back out here and they said "Nothing is wrong with the system". So after almost a year I had enough and called another plumber and they found the problem. Mr. Rooter installed the wrong fitting on my ststem making it not work. So the plumber reached back out to Mr. Rooter to get a new tank since the solution was hard as a rock and was locked around the pipe. (Couldn't get the pipe out) The manager was very rude and said my warranty on there service and system was void because my new plumber opened it. So now im out $5,000 just because i called the wrong company. Thanks Mr. Rooter for nothing.

First time ever using this company and now a client for life! Each person I interacted with was nothing but wonderful! Extremely helpful and very understanding. And they make things happen fast! Our repairman was kind, respectful and super knowledgeable. He was fast and efficient; made sure everything was right the 1st time. Also didn’t mind our son hanging by his side and asking questions and supervising. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Mr Rooter provided exceptional customer service. I had been dealing with a sewer line issue for the past 3 months. Every time I made appointments with a local plumber they could only temporarily fix the problem. Three weeks later the issue would reaccur. No one could tell me what was going on with my sewer line. I was at my wits end. Finally, I decided to go on Google and search for a plumber. I came across Mr. Rooter. I thought to myself...This is the service that will fix my problem. The reviews were great so I called. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable dispatcher. I told her about the problem I was experiencing. She replied...I can have someone at your home in the next few hours. Jason and Trae arrived and went right to work. They explained step by step everything they would be doing making sure I completely understood everything. Let me tell you Jason and Trae were AMAZING! They found the problem and resolved the issue. WOOHOO!! I was so excited! Finally, someone who knows what to do! After the repair was completed they cleaned up beautifully. Jason and Trae were exceptional technicians who went above and beyond expectation. Very kind and professional. I couldn't have asked for more. The plumbers was very knowledgeable and polite, they knew their job and they performed it well. I was very pleased with their work thank you Roto Rooter for your services.

The reason I am not giving them 5 stars has nothing to do with the quality of their service-it is top notch hands down. However they are pricier than other local plumbers. They did actually admit this to me, but said that the higher quality of their work justified the higher cost. Personally, I don't think that I would disagree with that. But from a customer's perspective, I would of course like to get the quality service AND a little bit lower price

Been using them for years for all my business plumbing needs. I own a laundromat and occasionally our drains can become clogged when customers wash pillows that burst open. That was the case today so I called them to jet the 2 drains. Both are behind the washers. Previous Mr. Rooter technicians have figured out how to do it before (either climb behind the washers or feed the jet line from from the top). Unfortunately the younger technician Fisher Elliott did not want to try either. He made all types of lame excuses of how he could get injured that was frankly laughable and exaggerated. He then quotes me $865 to jet one drain. I declined and informed him that his company has charged me a fraction of that in the past to jet BOTH drains ($600ish). He pulls up my history and confirms. I kindly declined the service and sent him on his way. Called another company that was happy to do the job for a lot cheaper. I'm sure if someone has a plumbing issue under their house in this 95 degree weather, Fisher Elliott will make an excuse to why he's not crawling under the crawl space to repair it.... especially when this job was in the AC with little to no danger. Disappointing experience from a company I use to trust

It cost me $257.00 to tell me that Mr Rooter could repair my line for an additional $600.00 ($827.00 Total) It cost me $211.00 for the repair. I will never call or recommend you to anyone.
