Todd and his son did a great job on our Ethernet install. This is the second time he’s done with us and it’s been phenomenal. He came the same day I called!

Todd responded quickly to my phone call and worked to figure out my needs. He and his son were able to come work soon after getting in contact. Everything went as agreed and they were able to quickly run Ethernet between separate parts of my home, solving a problem I'd been struggling with for weeks! Highly recommend and I'll call again if I need any more work done.

So helpful and courteous! They are so nice to work with and see the "vision" you dreamed of.

I witnessed an employee of this company stop his truck and take the time to help out a neighbor of mine this week. He also put on his mask before approaching. We will keep this company in mind for the future!

Very poor communication. Set up appointment with this company, took off work, waited all day...nothing. I call them and they said ''Oh yea, sorry we had your wrong contact info, would you like to reschedule?" Uh, no thanks, you've already wasted enough of my time.....I'll find another company.

We recommend DHD without reservation. Their work and that of their sub contractors is very high quality. Everyone that has seen our house wants them to remodel their house.

Dream Home Design located in the Harrison Pointe Shopping Mall next to Harris Teeter in Cary provided exceptional service for my bathroom and kitchen re-design. Very happy with the result and personalized attention.

Great experience. Dream home designed remodeled our Kitchen and bathrooms, we then sold our home and made money! It was a great experience to work with Luisa and Jesus.

Excellent communication about what was going to be done when and by whom. The kitchen is better than I hoped it would be. All of the crews were a pleasure to deal with. Have already recommended Luisa to neighbors who have hired her.

Poor attention to detail, poor project management and misleading information on the estimate. 50% deposit in April, demo 6 weeks later and 2 days after demo we are informed that the floor tile in our contract was unavailable.(I discovered dhd was aware of the delay before the demo). Replacement options of color and material were unlike the original choice.

Cabinets delivered in July and loaded in the dining room. Three weeks later I discover that dhd ordered the wrong color cabinets. My options were to keep the wrong cabinets and dhd would credit 3K or "repaint" them to color in the contract. Reordering the correct cabinets was not an option, I was told dhd could not get credit for the incorrect order because it was their error. I opted to repaint so my other choices would blend. This resulted in a messy paint and glaze finish which dhd described as "antiqued".

Dhd told us that we were responsible for "touch up" painting. After installing 4 recessed lights, 3 pendant lights, new window trim and new trim around the opened load bearing wall, they refused to paint any of it. Repainting the entire ceiling, the new support wall and all trim were considered 'touch up". The job was incomplete contrary to their window display, "complete kitchen & bathroom remodeling from start to finish"

The tile to wood transition pieces were poorly installed and the new tile floor had to be cut 3 inches to accommodate the correct placement of the transition. The final product includes mismatched transition strips with cut and glued pieces to fit.

I would not use DHD for another project. Poor business management and poor quality of work.

**The response from DHD is typical of the project, lying about the paint, floor and cabinet option with emails and photos to prove, blaming the client for their errors and simply responding with false accusations. Unfortunate, I have emails and photos to prove otherwise. Yet another reason NOT to contract with DHD.

I hired DHD to install shelves and cabinets for my living room! Everyone on the team was professional, friendly and on time. My living room looks so much better and the quality they use is really good! I couldn’t pick any other company to do this project!

I cannot say enough good things about DHD. They updated a kitchen in our brand new home with new granite countertop, tile backsplash, and tile floor. Luisa has a keen eye reflected in the quality materials they provide and her design vision. Jesus and his team expertly execute on her vision to deliver a beautiful finished work. They also delivered all this on a very short two-week time frame with no delays from the projected date. Dream Home Design of Cary recently renovated our outdated 1990's master bathroom and we could not be more pleased with the results! From the design process to the final punch list, Luisa and Jesus were dedicated to create a gorgeous, space which accommodated all of our needs. DHD's workers were always courteous and consistently left the renovation project in immaculate condition at the end of the day. We will definitely use DHD again for future renovations!

I decided to use Dream Home Design who were referred by a neighbor. I was truly impressed by the courteous and professionalism of the workers and also how they cleaned up afterwards after each section of the project. I had my hall bathroom renovated and I’m very very happy with the results and will definitely use them in the future. Had an excellent experience with DHD. I first met with them to do a redesign of my kitchen and bathroom. All the rooms were great, but the kitchen especially was a very inventive use of space. They were also very careful to work within the budget I had.

During my renovations I had to fire another contractor doing general upgrades, and DHD was able to step in and cover his work, too.

Everyone there - owners, employees, etc. - are really friendly, and it made the whole process a lot less stressful.
