I contacted Triad after a relative used them for an EV charger install. The appointment for the quote was easy and everything was explained. Cody and Geo showed up to do the work. They were professional and friendly and were awesome about answering questions. The quote was spot on and the work was done quickly. I would definitely use them again and definitely would recommend them to others.

Including scheduling the inspection and sent over all the requisite paperwork to filed with Duke Energy for the rebate. I enthusiastically recommend them. Called Triad to get a GFI outlet installed in my bathroom. Scheduling was easy. Someone came out to give me a price which was at market. Contracted to have the work done. Electricians were respectful, clean, did a great job. Good communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Tyson and Nick did a phenomenal job installing my Tesla wall charger! Very clean, and no sign of their work. It wasn't an easy install, but they wouldn't give up until it was perfect. The Duke Energy EV installation rebate made it a no brainer for me. I will definitely go back to Triad for my next electrical job.

He was very knowledgeable and amiable during the initial consultation and did a great job with the execution of the services. While in the process of selling our house we needed an electrician to fix some outlets and switches as well install new light fixtures and smoke detectors. We got Cody and Geo from triad and they were wonderful electricians, true professionals and gentlemen.
I felt informed not only of any issues but what cost change there might be.
I felt I knew what they were doing to my home and not in the dark.
Also, and this was a great plus, I felt comfortable with them in my home. They were friendly and respectful and I felt at ease.
I felt the cost was a good deal as well. They made suggestions throughout but weren't pushy in any way. They cleaned up and left nothing behind except some great work :)

I used use Harris a few times now to replace and install light fixtures and fans. Have had a great experience - they are prompt, on time, and do a great job.

We called Harris Electrical Contractors when needing an electrical outlet installed in our kitchen. They were quick to schedule; we had the owner out for a quote within the week.

Once there the owner gave a very reasonable quote. Despite the construction of the house making the job take longer than expected, we were charged the quoted amount.

Such integrity is something to be commended. We appreciate the work and look forward to working with them again.

It was a bit difficult getting my appointment scheduled i.e. there were delays in receiving responses to calls & emails. However, the team that did was installation was professional and friendly. They explained step-by-step what was happening. When the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned up. I would recommend the team & Harris Electric - definitely 4.8 stars!!

They are always prompt to any issue we have. They are also very digital. They email you that the job is scheduled, when someone will be there and then send you a digital breakdown of what they billed you for as well as an email asking how did everything go. I appreciate the reliability and awesome communication. I highly recommend Harris Electrical!!!

Tim was phenomenal. He was professional, honest, personable and communicated the issue with our thermostat. We actually thought our thermostat was broken but Tim troubleshooted the actual problem wasn’t the thermostat, it was a circuit breaker outside that needed replacing. He was back and forth in the attic, crawl space, garage and outside (mind you, it’s ~30 degrees) until he figured it out. I could not have found a better company. The cost was absolutely reasonable.
