I can’t say enough good things about Triad Electrical Services! They recently installed my Tesla Wall Charger, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing.

I first heard about them from a friend, and when I called, I was immediately impressed by how courteous and professional they were. Right from the start, they made me feel like a valued customer. They were super busy, and my initial appointment was almost a week away, but due to a last-minute emergency that required me to be out of town, I asked if there was any chance of moving it up.

And this is where Harvey—the real MVP—went above and beyond! He somehow managed to squeeze me into their packed schedule, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. On installation day, he and his team showed up right on time (if not a little early!) and got straight to work. They were efficient, professional, and just overall awesome people to deal with. The installation was smooth, and my charger has been working perfectly ever since.

What really stood out was how helpful and informative they were throughout the process. They made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions, and even shared that they are approved by Duke Energy, which just adds to their credibility.

We were referred to Triad Electrical Services by Duke Energy for installation of a home EV charging station and chose Triad over another provider. The several Triad folks that we dealt with were all very professional. Options were described clearly, and our project was scheduled and carried out in a timely fashion and without a hitch. Communication was on point so that we were always aware of our project status. Upon completion, all required documents were provided, along with a link to Duke Energy for us to apply for the installation credit. We were completely satisfied with Triad’s services and strongly recommend their team.

He went out of his way to make sure everything was working & even checked my kitchen outlets as well. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I want to thank him for a job well done.

I had a great experience with Triad.... I needed a broken pathway light fixture to be replaced and I wanted it done quickly... From getting the quote, to booking the appointment and then the service itself, everything was smooth and easy... Everyone was also very professional and courteous... You get text notifications throughout the process which is nice too.
Cody, who was the licensed electrician that came to the job, was punctual and detailed in his work. He checked to make sure I was happy with everything... He was so friendly that I asked him to look at a few more electrical needs that I have so that he could give me an estimate on the spot and he explained everything to me patiently. 2 very nice young men came to replace 2 light fixtures, move & wire 3 lights over the island, wire a new fixture & switch in the dining area as well as replace 15 toggle switches with rocker switches, some with dimmers. They did a great job & were polite & pleasant. Scheduling was easy & they arrived within the time window, texting me when they were on the way. We will definitely have them do electrical work here in the future!

Had Triad install an EV charger last month. Very convenient process with everything handled via text message, including estimates. Technicians installed the charger when scheduled at the agreed cost and cleaned up. Triad also handled all the permitting activities. Great company to work with.

Triad did a great job installing a car charging outlet in my garage. Harvin, Cody and Gio were very friendly and easy to work with. They are also handling all of the paperwork to get a full rebate from Duke Energy for the work they did.

Overall, the installation went as expected. The technician needed to cut additional hole into the wall to access the bottom of the electrical panel but was kind enough to cover it with a wall plate. Now, I have the ability and convenience of charging my EV overnight at home.

Triad Electrical Services installed a Tesla wall charger in my garage. Harvey quoted the job. He was very informative, professional, and trustworthy. He offered two options, one was to mount the charger next to the electrical panel and the other was to run conduit from the box to the ideal location for the charger which provided easy access for my new EV and future EVs. We chose the conduit approach and we are very happy with the result. Harvey was here the day after I called for an appointment, quoted the job an hour or so later, and the instal was done the next day. Nick and Cody did the install and they were personable, supper efficient, and left no trace of any materials behind them. They were in and out in less than 1.5 hours, and they did an outstanding job. We’d definitely use Triad for future needs. They exceeded our expectations.
