UPDATE: It was only 6 days I waited on bill. It just seemed like longer. So I added back a star. But I still say I was given an 8-10 window because I sure set my alarm at 7 am (very early for me!) so I'd be ready at 8 am.

Although they successfully fixed the problem, they were 2 hours late, refused to look at my doorbell, went to basement to look at breaker box, went to get a new breaker, replaced it and left telling me everything was fixed and calling over their shoulders I'd be billed. I asked how much but *whoosh* they were gone. So I had to go see if the problem was actually fixed since they didn't bother to show me. It took a couple of weeks to get the bill which seemed a reasonable cost but it was unsettling to have no clue what the service had cost for two weeks.

I have used One Call several times, mostly for small stuff. They have been very responsive and professional. The prices are fair and the workmanship is excellent.
