Genarac generator maintenance...2 very nice guys show up once a year and keeps it running perfectly.

After my initial inquiry to have an outdoor fan installed in an area that didn't have power, the scheduling was all done electronically. Technician arrived on time, ensured job was done 100% to my satisfaction and left the porch cleaner than he arrived. Will undoubtedly use One Call for any future electrical needs.

The technician(s) were very pleasant and verified what I thought was the problem. The repair was done; however, it was more expensive than what I thought it should be.

We had OneCall come in and put in an outlet above the mantel where we're going to mount a TV. They guys were on-time, professional, courteous, and efficient. They were in and out and extremely respectful of social distancing guidelines. We'll definitely be calling them again.

This company is polite, has knowledgeable techs and are very organized. I forgot to give them the door code to get into my home and they called upon arrival to ask for it - they completed the work quickly and the rate they quoted was exactly what I was billed. I will def use them in future should the need arise.

I'm so glad I have a new electrician. Scott with One Call Electric came and installed a new light on my front porch and it looks fabulous. He also checked on my noisy fan in the master bath and it sounds better plus the noisy fan in the master bedroom. It's still makes some noise and probably needs to be replaced, but it sounds so much better. He was in and out in one hour. I'm so thankful he came over and I would recommend One Call Electric to anyone. Thank you!

Made an appointment for an estimate for between 11am - 1pm today, Monday. Didn't show up. Didn't call. Didn't text. I called them and was told the tech had been redirected to an emergency. I confirmed, they did have my contact info...just didn't bother to let me know. They then wanted to reschedule for another day as if I was just calling in for the first time....lost my place, sent to the back of the line!:-/ Should have managed to get SOMEONE over TODAY or worst case, first thing in the morning!?!? Responsive service...hardly!! Would give zero stars if possible.

While Scott and his team were great a year ago when I needed my Generac system installed, they have been AWFUL in responding to my recent service requests.

I’ve spoken with Scott on his cell phone and I have spoken with the gentlemen that answers their main phone number at least six (6) times in the past 2-months in an attempt to schedule my 1-year maintenance appointment.

I continue to get the run-around, “we are waiting on parts from Generac”, “we are busy from the recent hurricane”, etc.

I would advise caution when dealing with this company. Personally, I would NOT recommend them!!

Great company to work with! Crew was on time and completed the projects quickly including one added at the last minute. We would definitely use Scott again.

I highly recommend One Call electric. I have used them in the past for my business, and home. Just this afternoon we had an issue with our garbage disposal, I called at 2:30, and within an hour they were at our house and had the issue resolved. Highly professional, very reliable, and always over deliver on their services. If you are in need of an electrician don't hesitate to give them a call, they are our go to for any electrical problems.

We had a Screened in porch built by Triangle Deck Builders and they contracted One Electric to do the electrical work. all went well until they never scheduled their inspections time or had to be reminded. Also the used the wrong Receptacles and had to be changed . The major issue we have had for 3 weeks and counting is they put in a 20.00 Rope lighting they got from Amazon and charged 500.00 for it and install along with it's supposed to be hidden and yet we have a outside outlet and cover just sitting on the custom crown molding and have been told one it passes inspection for the 3rd try they will be back out and either Hard wire or put a hidden outlet up there .. Next step is to file with BBB SINCE PAID FOR INCOMPLETE WORK.. Have photo but not worth it

If you have an electrical need, One Call is the only call you should make. The team (Derek and other) arrived on time then diagnosed and knocked out three problems in 60 minutes including installation of a heavy duty outside outlet that keep blowing a fuse when it rained. I was equally surprised by the great service fee; very reasonable. Finally, this may seem like a little thing but they cleaned up after their repairs and returned furniture to original spots. If any of you have had service contractors these days, they seem to care less about their mess when compared to old school contractors (i.e., 8 out of 10 repairs, I am vacuuming or returning furniture to original spot after the repair).

Very professional, fairly priced, and fast. My job was simple... just a circuit breaker replacement. But when the electrician knew he didn't have a replacement on his van, another employee brought one to my house so that I didn't have to wait for a new one to be ordered. Installed same day for a very fair price.

I needed a bunch of work in my new home including new recess lighting, a few outlets and outdoor lighting. Scott and his team came the very next day to give me an estimate and even started some of the work.

After a branch Fell and ripped the powerline out of the side of our house (causing a fire at the meter) Scott with One Call showed up first thing the very next day made all the necessary repairs and went beyond that to upgrade our house to modern standards and code by bonding the gas line and installing new groundings, etc. He coordinated with the city and Duke Energy and was able to have power restored the following day as soon as the doors opened at the the city inspector’s office. After the job was finished they cleaned up and left without a trace.

They came exactly as promised. Fixed my meter, which was falling off the wall, and had it all arranged that the inspector came soon after and my power was back on by noon. They had promised to have it all complete and the power back on by 5; so they were done in half the time. Everything looks good; and the men who came were friendly and willing to explain what was going on and what had happened.

We have used One Call Electric for many years - from office projects to home installs. They have always been on time, professional, and hard-working electricians. Highly recommend.
