Great, well stocked store with lots of friendly, helpful staff

Better selection than Walmart. Not as good as local prices.

Lowe's is consistently good in supplies, service, they are a real can do operation.

    4

Good store, can be difficult to get timely help in some sections but need to keep asking 🗣️

    5

    Lots of selection of plants

Fast, efficient. Better to come early in the morning to avoid crowds. Much better selection than major competitors. Does not seem to have self checkout.

Oh boy, I go to Lowe's all the time...what you need is what they got for the home. Not enough helprer s much of the time, but generally friendly and helpful staff. Trying to support them over Amazon, cause Amazon is so big, they are dangerous. Although the free shipping is a big plus. Those smiling boxes magically appear wow, but Amazon and Bezos are intolerant Stalinist s, so stay away from Amazon if you can

Lowe's - what more can you say? A home depot competitor with pretty much the same array of options. Great store, no complaints at all.

Gardening center is fun for me. Only problem is that they caught on to us with their discounted plants and structured the prices. Still good deals most of the time.
I went in for so.e bone meal and $70 later....

This is my “go to” store for most of my garden needs. I love to check out all of their new spring flowers and plants. Lowe’s Garden Center also has a great selection of garden fountains and planters. The staff is always helpful, not only in their knowledge but also in getting your purchases to your car.

If you go after 6pm...from my experience, there was only 2 cashiers. One in garden and one inside. The store is well organized, just very typically under staffed. There were 2 people at the customer service desk, just wait there to find where stuff is in the place. Dog friendly, the people who work there, if you can find them are nice and helpful.

Added a little decor to my patio
I think I may go back and get a second item

Great collection of seasonal "healthy" plants and supplies to get an amateur gardener like me going. The plants I bought from Lowe's grew better than those bought from the Farmer's Market this year!

Went to buy an item, they did not have it in stock so they offered it to be delivered at home, never explaining that there would be delivery charges. When I got to the car I realized that they item cost was $22 and they are charging $6 for delivery. So I tried to cancel the item and they refuse saying it is a 3rd party item and they can not cancel it. This less than an hour of the purchase.

Best option for gardening. Will get everything related to gardening. Nice collection with plenty options. Find all kind of flower pots with different sizes. We can get any kind of flower and trees here. They have season sale too in summer.

Christopher Parker was TruGreen’s appointed technician today. Christopher walked the lawn with me as we discussed various questions I had. He was not only professionally equipped to respond to my questions, but he also had the proper demeanor and desire to reassure my concerns. TruGreen is meeting the needs of my lawn where I have failed to have met previously by two other lawn services. “Two thumbs up” and thank you again.

Long story short — don’t use TruGreen. Our lawn had some issues this year, so we decided to hire TruGreen. One of their representatives contacted me, said he had checked our lawn, and promised that they would perform several treatments to make the grass healthy again this season. He pushed me to make the payment within an hour to “lock in a deal” and said they would start the first service that same week. We decided to pay. However, in the following month, they never provided the overseeding service he scheduled, causing us to miss the best time of year for it. Even worse, the technician later found that the type of grass recorded in their system was completely wrong. We eventually realized that the person who contacted us was just a salesperson whose only goal was to close a deal. He doesn’t care about the service or has any real technical knowledge. He made empty promises just to sell the product.

Fried my lawn. Now my lawn looks the worse in the neighborhood. Additionally, they went ahead and auto renewed a plan i did not agree to and then charged me for it. The worse disaster ever. The sprayed the grass on the winter and did not notify me. Highly disappointed.

Over 2 years of service and I have more weeds now. I look at my three neighbors yards (none use TruGreen) and compare mine and there is a VERY noticeable difference. I received no interest in “trying” to resolve my problem until I had enough and cancelled the service. They offered a 50% discount for my next treatment… they can afford to do that because I wasn’t getting what I paid for to begin. Every time I called for a re-treatment, I was “explained” to on how things work and was told not to expect any results for multiple weeks and then when I waited to show the lack of results I was told I should have brought it up earlier 🤔.

It is showing that the company has a corporate group that follows up to “talk” you into staying with the service. This tells me that this is part of their business model… do shoddy work until someone complains and then make things work for a bit and slowly taper off…. Rinse and repeat.

**Review Title:** Extremely Disappointed – Poor Work and No Follow-Up

After the 3rd TruGreen treatment, my lawn looked worse than before—weed killer applied in summer heat burned spots, some areas were missed entirely, and fertilizer left ugly green stripes. When I complained, they sent someone who was speechless at the poor work, took photos, and promised follow-up. Four days later, TruGreen had no record of it. More promises, still no action. They’re quick with apologies—I’m convinced they have an entire department for them—but slow to deliver any real solutions. Poor service, no accountability.
8/18/25 Two more phone calls from Trugreen, more apologies, more promises of sending a manager to assess the lawn. No appointment yet. Today the call was from Head Quarters. All I want is a refund so I can hire a qualified lawn care services.
8/19/25 Today Trugreen ignored my request not to perform a free service without sending a service manager to speak with me. No detail provided on what chemicals they applied today. Still no communication from a service manager.
8/22/25 Update: After weeks of frustration with their lack of response, I finally called and cancelled my TruGreen lawn service. I requested a refund for my unused credit, only to discover they had burned through nearly $900 in just 6 weeks. Out of my $1,600 prepayment, I was told $699 remained. Today, I received a refund of only $32.87—with no explanation as to why the amount wasn’t $699.

Heed my warning: Stay far away from this company.
