This week, timely service was provided by a competent, informative technician. His pleasant demeanor was commendable. TruGreen has been providing care of my lawn, trees, and shrubs for over ten years, and I have been delighted eith the friendliness of their staff and the care they have delivered.

I hired Trugreen for a one-year plan, and they completely ruined my yard. I have security camera footage proving their technicians didn't even spray my entire backyard, which explains why I now have massive dead patches.
​Despite calling three times to ensure my service would not renew, they charged me for six additional months without authorization. When I confronted them, they admitted they saw my previous calls in their system but refused to refund me because "the worker didn't complete the cancellation." They are charging for services I canceled, i did not authorize to be charged and services they aren't even fully performing. The manager refuses to speak with me. Stay away!

After a frustrating experience with customer service, the service manager, Travis, came to my home and personally apologized for the issues I had encountered. He assured me that he would personally “make it right.” We now have a plan in place to repair the yard this coming spring, when the new grass can take root properly. I appreciate his professionalism and will post another update once the work is completed.

TruGreen absolutely destroyed my lawn. I trusted them to make it healthier, and instead, their treatments fried it. My once-green yard is now brown, patchy, and dead in multiple spots — it looks worse than it ever has.

What makes it even more infuriating is their complete lack of accountability. When I called, they brushed me off and refused to take responsibility. They were quick to collect payment, but nowhere to be found when it came to fixing the damage they caused.

This company is careless, unprofessional, and flat-out dangerous for your lawn. If you value your yard even a little, stay far away from TruGreen

Terrible work, low quality, employees are disrespectful of neighbors

Lightening fast response time. On site quote, same day-spring clean up of yard completed the next day. Was literally thrilled when I arrived home. Professional and personable. Would have given more stars if I could!

Started using then week of June 19th because theu mow my neighbors lawn...agreed to a weekly or biweekly price which was higher than other places I have paid before, after 4 weeks I changed to biweekly and got an okay from Carlos... but they still kept mowing weekly...asked repeatedly for an invoice. As of September 5th still have no invoice. Mowing services are good, office administration and organization is lacking.

This company does a fantastic job on my lawn. The edging is clean. They blow any trimmings off your walks and driveway. They even pull weeds from your beds. In and out in 15 minutes when I actually see them. Fact is, I usually don’t see the crew. I just get home from work and my yard looks great! They’re here every week like clockwork. Oh, and the estimate was $15 less than anywhere else I got an estimate so the pricing is more than fair. If you live in Morrisville or West Cary, give Carlos a call. You’ll get a professional job done on your lawn for less than you can pay a neighborhood kid!

Very happy with the service, removed a tree with safety. They were very organized and effective. Highly recommend! Thank you for being budget friendly. For explaining everything before hand and doing exactly what was said.

Dont bother calling these guys - they wont return your calls. Called main number - person took my number but nobody called back. Called cell and left a vm - no return.

Drivers almost caused a serious accident, pulled right out in front of traffic from both directions at 45mph. Both directions had to come to a complete stop.

Owner and crew are wonderful..
Prices are as far as I know. Service happened to be quick when I called but not always b/c they stay very busy.

Don't just use any tree company, Derrick is a licensed arborist and he understands the business. They removed a huge dead white oak for me and grinned the stump. A+

Excellent company. Derrick is an ISA Certified Arborist. They are the most professional company in the area! Don't go with a less reputable company then spend twice as much repairing the damage they left.. Use Tree's of Carolina !!!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Dereck and his team are very professional, fast, reasonably price, and cleaned up after themselves. It will take them awhile to get you on the list because they are so busy but if you can wait they are very much worth the wait.

Based on a recommendation from our Landscape Architect, we used Trees of Carolina for tree and brush removal around our property. They completed the job quickly and professionally. In fact, other than the removal of truckloads of brush, we couldn't even tell they had been there. They cleaned up all debris and left no evidence that heavy equipment had been on the property.
We couldn't be happier, great work at reasonable cost.

Trees of Carolina did a awesome job on short notice. Derek was able to come out quote me on a Friday and complete the work on Monday. We had one very large dead oak tree taken down and stump grinded with no issues. We also had a river birch taken down near the house, and there was no issues with being so close to the house. They also took very good care of our irrigation system and in ground lighting, when performing the stump grinding. We would definitely use them again!

We are the best tree service in trees Carolina no job is too hard for us and we get it done efficiently and safely and you can depend on us for emergency tree work. If you have any kind of tree work that needs to be done please give us a call
