Carolina Cleaners were very responsive and flexible and spent several hours on a Friday afternoon battling some pretty stained up couches. They have them new life!

Even through adversity they came through on top. We added a service midway and they helped us out...the cleaning machine malfunctioned but they stuck it out and made sure the job was done. Stains I thought would be impossible to clean got dealt with with professionalism. Would use their service again in a heart beat.

I am hesitant to tell you about the amazing work Louis does, because I’m afraid I won’t be able to get him back to our house when he is so busy. Truly, he is the best. We tried EVERYONE before finding him. Nobody else even comes close to his responsiveness and incredible work.

CCS came out quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning everything. It looks better than I ever expected-- my sofa, ottoman and rug look brand new. All stains (years of stains) are gone and everything smells fresh and clean. The team was professional, punctual, and worked fast. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
