This company is so nice and very good at doing its job. They come to my house and cleaned my carpet they did a very good job I definitely recommend. They sent a very nice employer his name is Vlad he was very nice and he did not have any problems with us telling him to do something again.

Amazing job! My couch is almost white so I knew it wouldn’t be 100% back to white no matter what with the age and wear however, the amount of dirt and grime that was retrieved from the cleaning was amazing to see and made me feel great that the couch was actually clean! It looked 90% better as well! Thank you! 100% recommend!

Ayana and her team were super professional and efficient! They came in to assess the furniture piece that needed cleaning, were quick and through and my couch looked brand new afterwards. They even showed me the water after to reflect how much dirt they removed. Highly recommend!

What a great service to have as my first official deep clean of my bedroom carpet. Ayana was my service provider and she was very efficient and communicated very well including asking if I would like to have an earlier service as I had mentioned if she is around earlier, she should call as I work from home. I had a great experience with Wave Cleaning. The process of booking and scheduling was very simple. I booked wave found a sectional couch deep cleaning. The staff arrived on time and were polite as well as very knowledgeable. Cleaning took less than an hour and address all concerns!

Ayana texted me to let me know she was on the way and was on time for my appointment which was great. My couch and chairs didn’t “look” dirty but since I’ve had them a few years, I thought I would get them professionally cleaned. I saw the water that was being dumped post cleaning and was shocked at how bad I really needed this service!! Wow (and yuck). I would definitely recommend this company and the lady who serviced my house.

Ayana did a great job! Our 5 year old couch wasn’t in terrible shape, but with two toddlers at home it certainly had some unpleasant smells. Wave was very easy to work with, responsive with competitive pricing and convenient availability. We’ll definitely use them again for future steam cleaning needs.

I had a great experience with Wave! They were so easy to book with and they were able to come out within just a few days. We have a light colored couch and two dogs who love nothing more than rubbing along the back side of the couch. I was unsure any cleaning would help as I tried to clean it at home with no luck. Not only were they able to clean it, it looks brand new! Totally recommend.

My experience was decent but I would not use again. I reached out via Instagram for a quote, using their guide to tell them how big my couch was but when they got here they told me the couch was bigger than they thought and had to charge me more. Even though the seating was the same that I told them for the initial quote. I also noticed after that several of my couch cushions looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. For the work that was done, they are extremely overpriced. I would not use them again nor would I recommend. They also make you fill out satisfaction survey right in front of the person who did the service which made me uncomfortable.

They did a really great job- super nice, quick, efficient. We moved right after our couch was cleaned so don’t have good pics but definitely would use them again! Our couch is white and they got out a lot of stains and it feels so much better.

Ayana did such an amazing job taking care of the carpets in our home! My husband and I had a questionable stain by the front door that I couldn’t clean for the life of me. Then another stain due to my own clumsiness of spilling iced coffee next to my nightstand. Ayana not only got up all the stains, but took care of the carpets in our entire home quickly and efficiently! It was a 10/10 experience!
