Kate was on time, very professional and was lovely to work with. She reviewed everything with me before she started and I even added on an extra cushion in my kitchen. Everything was perfect when she was done.

This review is for the home cleaning service, not the couch cleaning service. Wave cleaned a couch for me a few months ago and they did a decent job so I figured I’d try them out for home cleaning, especially since I had a 10% discount. I did not have a good experience. I had left sheets out beside the bed, because every cleaner I’ve ever had over the past 10 years has always changed the sheets while making the bed. They said no, they don’t do that, which surprised me. When I expressed surprised, they said they’d do it for free this time but typically it’s a $25 add on. It took 2 cleaners 2 hours to clean my 2 BR/2BA apartment, though I typically have one cleaner knock it out in 2-2.5 hours. It’s $45/hr per cleaner so it cost me $180, which is $30 more than the other cleaning service I’ve been using. When I went into my bedroom after the cleaners left, I noticed my bed was made all wrong. They first put on the new/clean fitted sheet, then the old comforter on top, then the new/clean bed sheet, and then the new/clean comforter on top of that. Who would ever think to do that? Why would anyone want that? It makes no sense. So I had to strip the bed and remake it myself. I will not be using them again - way too expensive, basic things like changing beds sheets aren’t included, and beds aren’t even made properly. They should stick to furniture deep cleaning.

Vlad came to clean our large third floor before selling our home and was amazing! Everything looks and smells brand new. He even offered to touch up some spots on our other carpets. Communication was incredible and the price could NOT be beat! Highly recommend.

GREAT all-around service. We were able to schedule them quickly (2 days after initial contact). Although we were the last appointment on a Saturday, the technician (Vlad) was VERY thorough and courteous. He respected our home and took his time on the large couch. He even cleaned all of the throw pillows.
