I called on a Friday night and right away he came Monday morning and cleaned my sofa and loveseat at my old place and then followed me and cleaned my two bedroom carpets at my new place.

Very professional and experience! He even gave excellent advice on how to fix a section on my sofa and how to get rid of musty orders from my A/C ventilation. Which worked🤗!!!

I will hire him again!

Louis was communicative and flexible. I don’t think anyone could have done a better job. There was even a stain from a pet that we didn’t think was possible to remove that Louis got out. He also coordinated a full top to bottom move-out house cleaning for us and they did a more than satisfactory job. I recommend him and his services.

The boss has extremely high standards about his job. As a customer we don't know what is the standard of cleaned carpet. For one unique stain, he did not have a special chemical, but he come back next day with the chemical and finished the job with extro 2.5 hours. The house is very much like new, the best service we have ever had in the last 20 years.

I needed work done in a hurry and Louis went above and beyond to help me out. He beautifully cleaned my carpets for a reasonable price and then painted the entrance hallway in just 2 days, just in time for the house to go on the market. After painting He cleaned up perfectly. He even polished the hallway steps improving prospective buyers first impressions. I will definitely use Carolina Cleaning Services again.

Unfortunately, the state of the house from the previous owners posed a challenge and extended cleaning time. However, they were able to provide impeccable deep cleaning services and steamed carpets. My house is quite messy with a young toddler at home and after they have cleaned, my house is perfect.
