Josh was so easy to work with. Explained everything to me. I had to leave the house for an appointment and felt comfortable enough to leave him at the house to finish the job.

Victor did an amazing job on a difficult kitchen sink clog job, and he didn't give up even when his first tries should've worked. He cleaned up afterwards like he was never here, will definitely use these guys again.

We had a vendor hit a main water line this morning and Unlimited Plumbing was here within a hour, sent a quote, a COI, and signed contract within hours. The reps who came, Marco and Jose, were amazing and knowledgeable. They just finished the work and saved my day- they are our Batman and Robin!!! And LeaLea was our Wonder Woman! Way to go y’all and we will certainly continue to use Unlimited Plumbing for future needs!

My sink was leaking into the hallway. Roberto came and diagnosed the problem and got it fixed within a few hours. He was knowledgeable and had no problem fixing the leak. Would definitely use again

My water heater suddenly stopped working and being 15 years old it was due for replacement. The whole team did an amazing job, from me logging a request online at 3am, I had a working water heater in less than 12 hours, before 3pm. It wasn't a simple situation either, as I needed a very specific WH, 75 gallons, only tall form would fit the space, and with a power vent to allow for venting through 3 floors. Roberto and Marco came early in the morning, diagnosed quickly and then went on to hunt for the right WH available in stock somewhere in the area. After multiple out of stock situations, they managed to find one, called me with a quote and proceeded to install. They did an awesome job!

Unlimited has done several jobs for us and we would recommend them to everyone! They know what their doing and always resolve the issue. Their prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work! If you need plumbing work done the right way don't look anywhere else give Unlimited a call!

Carlos and Jason did a great job. It was done in a timely professional manner. Carlos is a great person. He goes on a call of duty to do a good job and make sure the helper is on top of everything. The hot water heater was done and they cleaned up behind themselves. Carlos was very thoughtful and getting a job done and very helpful. Jason was professional too.. In the future, my feedback is that they could bring the hot water heater That they might need with them in a different time for truck. I got an exorbitant water bill from the TOC due to 2 leaks in the crawl space of my home! I called Unlimited in Cary and Candie set me up with Andrew who was at my house within 30 minutes of my call today!

We had a toilet that was backed up in a serious way on a Saturday. After calling Unlimited Plumbing, Andrew showed up quickly and began working to unblock the line (which was heavily clogged by tree roots that had grown in to the pipe outside). Once the line was unblocked and usable, Andrew put together a plan to dig up and replace the damaged section of pipe (which they came back to do a few days later). We were very impressed with their quality of service, speed, and the overall smoothness of everything.

Carlos was AMAZING coming in to replace my water heater today. Very respectful, informative and all around nice man. He done all the work by himself and still was able to replace it in decent time. I definitely will recommend this company and Carlos to anyone needing plumbing service!!

We had an issue with a water heater that we could not understand after having two different plumbers check it out. We contacted Unlimited Plumbing, and on the same day, Andrew arrived and was able to resolve the issue. His prompt response was greatly appreciated, and we appreciated his pleasant demeanor and strived to ensure we were satisfied with his work!
