George practically replaced all of our old polybutylen pipes from the crawl space into the second floor of our home over the last 12 years. He planned it, he did it, and best work was done for the best price I could find. Thanks George

Very professional service! The valve in my shower was leaking and the entire valve set had to be replaced. They opened the backside of the wall and replaced the valve from there and then closed everything up nice and neat. I will definitely call these guys in the future.

Project Services installed a tankless water heater for our residence. They were helpful and thorough as we discussed different water heater options. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I am very pleased with the service.

They charged $270 to install one toilet!!! Easily triple what I have paid other plumbers in the past. Total rip-off for a halfhour job and $15 of materials max. They didn’t make this pricing known ahead of time. The technician they sent was a new guy, not a licensed plumber and was not supervised by a licensed plumber. He wouldn’t leave until the bill was paid in full. I called and complained and found out that the actual plumber holding the license teaches during the days and doesn’t take part in the estimates or actual operations. Not impressed.

They called the very hour they were supposed to be here and said they didn't have anyone available to handle my job. I had booked weeks ahead because we only visit this home once every month or two, so I need my contractors to commit to their appointments. Every visit here, therefore every appointment for any kind of service, requires a 14 hour round trip, so cancelling creates a huge problem for me and costs at least $100!

We appreciate the help with both plumbing and electrical. Our clay sink and electric Kiln worked great. We will use George and team again at the drop of a hat....awesome service. George is a service minded person and very particular regarding who he hires....!!@@great job george

Experienced plumbing services rendered for a complex outdoor repair. Project Services responded quickly and executed the repairs in a timely fashion and with excellent communication. I have compete confidence in them and I look forward to their services for my future plumbing needs.

I had gotten several estimates to install a Rheem water heater I purchased from Home Depot. Because the unit was in my attic, several contractors gave me estimates in excess of $1000 (some a bit less) and most couldn’t get me on their schedule for days. Then I found George at Project Services. He sent 2 very competent, friendly guys to my house the very next day at 8am and flawlessly completed the job at a fraction of the cost and time relative to the other estimates I received. They were in and out in 2.5 hours. George even personally showed up because his guys needed extra materials. A+++ all the way around. I would definitely use theim again and strongly recommend them to others.

We had a leak in our waterline under the driveway. This was the second time our old pipes had leaked. Rather than tear up the driveway and make another repair we had a whole new line put in along with a tankless water heater. The work was completed on time and at the price quoted. We have not had any issues since and love that we never run out of hot water!

Our hot water heater broke and made a huge mess the day before traveling home for Thanksgiving (no family visit for us this year.) Lowe's said it would be 2 weeks before they could fix it, but George and his crew were able to repair it the next day. No one enjoys being in this situation, but it helped having friendly, knowledgeable folks come help you out in the time of need. They did a great job during the entire process! I would definitely recommend Project Services.

My home warranty company assigned them to fix the leak in my toilet. While plumber was replacing the new valve, I asked him if I could attach my new bidet to the valve while he is replacing it. Plumber said yes and it took me hardly couple of minutes to hook my bidet to the new valve. He did not mention that I will be charged extra for it. I was shocked and appalled to learn that the owner now wanted to charge me extra for bidet installation since I used "plumber's expertise". Plumber also insisted to the owner that he didn't really do anything but the owner was downright rude and condescending. Felt like a total rip off!

I own a 90 year old home with the original plumbing and have been using Project Services Inc. for over 10 years for dozens of repairs and installations. Project Services have continued to be creative problem solvers while remaining fairly priced and always demonstrating the upmost integrity. I strongly recommend them.

I trust George and his team. Always willing to come the same day. High quality work at fair prices. Very professional and always clean the worksite very well and haul replaced hardware/appliance and all the trash without asking. George has become my good friend. We had the main valve on the water line going into the house from our well lot go bad... water was going into the crawlspace...definitely an emergency. After making a call to My Project Services, a tech was here within an hour and the repair was done quickly... VERY PROFESSIONAL and reasonable prices too. I used Project Services on three separate occasions a number of years ago. Each time, they were thorough and professional. The first time, they were the second company brought in to look at replacing a water heater. They walked me through the potential complicating issues first and did not try to up sell me on anything.

The second time, a different person replaced a vanity and faucet, and made sure it looked right despite not having access to the same tiles. The third time, they quickly diagnosed and fixed a shower/bathtub leak at pretty minimal cost.

In each instance I was at the mercy of professionals who easily could have upsold or over-charged me. I really appreciate how they run their business here.
