Water heater broke on Friday night, I called Dennis and he came over first thing Saturday morning, took a hot shower Saturday night. He is very honest and fair, I prefer smaller companies like his because they don’t take advantage of people when they’re desperate to fix something like this. I highly recommend, give him a call.

Denis Catalano delivered exceptional, rapid, white-glove service replacing my failed water heater. From first phone contact to fully installed was about four hours. Onsite time under two hours, even dealing with the limited access caused by my (literally) over-the-top garage storage solution.

Wasn’t sure what was up with my water heater and Denis was able to drop by quickly to check it out.

I learned something new and needed a replacement. He was able to do the job the same day at a fair price. Everything looks great and worked exactly as it should.

Definitely keeping his number on hand if anything else comes up.

Our hot water heater needed to be replaced and I gave Dennis a call in the morning. He just asked for pictures and was able to get the job done with quality. He was professional and was able to get it replaced quickly as well.

I text Mr. Catalano when my water heater started leaking, he gave me a great quote and luckily was able to pickup the water heater of my choosing and install it the next day. He is very friendly and took great care of my home while removing the existing 50 gallon tank and installing the new one. I was worried about an attic install but he made it look easy. The install took maybe two hours total. He will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

Charged me $230 just to remove a toilet. Had it advertised on Angies List for $190 for installation and removal. Basically I was double charged.

A B Plumber? I wouldn’t even score them that high. DON’T BOTHER CALLING THEM, they won’t show up. No call. No email. They don’t respect your time - that I had to take off work and plan my day around this. Terrible customer service, completely unprofessional.
