Excellent all round. Needed a new water heater and Denis was very easy to deal with. He provided an exact quote over the phone, was able to work me in quickly, arrived when he said he would, did a great job as far as I can tell, and answered numerous questions patiently. And all at price that was very reasonable (well under a couple other 'big-brand' store quotes I got). Glad I called him.

Dennis was fantastic. He was very responsive right away, by far the most affordable of about 50 plumbists I contacted to get quotes for water heater removal and replacement and worked with me to find one that fit my budget and my needs and was super prompt in availability and also responsive to any questions afterwards. Everything was neat and operates looks great. I will definitely use this business in the future and highly recommend.

Am happy to recommend Denis as professional, courteous, and thorough. He installed my new water heater and a neighbor's on the same day. Won't hesitate to rely on him for future plumbing needs.

I messaged Denis around 11 pm (with apologies) to check his availability to fix my broken water heater. And voila, he not only answered, but came the very next morning and fixed my broken water heater in no time. He is incredible, very knowledgeable and knows his job well. Highly recommended for any issues with your water heater.

Dennis was great! I called him on a Sunday morning and we had a new hot water heater up and running by Sunday afternoon! He was very professional and beat ARS Rescue Rooter by 39%! Plus, ARS said they don't do Sunday installations.

I recently had my Water Heater replaced by Dennise, I was very pleased with the service, from initial consultation to completion. Deniise is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to water heater, the entire process was very smooth, he came and fix the issue same day (Sunday). The prices were reasonable, he shared the receipts of parts and told me the cost upfront (parts + labor).

It's been couple of months that installation was done but waited for providing feedback because I had hope for resolving the issue. The installation was done and payment was done promptly. Since I had installed tankless water heater with circulation which needs to install fixture at bathroom faucet. Since my bathroom had single handle faucet, he couldn't install it. I had told him within two week I will change the faucet. After changing faucet, I have repeatedly reached out to him initially he said will come but never show up. He is no longer responding to message. The voice mail is always full.

Also, I requested the invoice that he said he has sent but never received. I will never use him again, if you are planning on using be aware, once he gets the money he will ghost you.

Our water heater broke on Christmas Eve right before our entire family was supposed to come and stay, but thankfully Denis returned my call and offered to help us out on the same day! Even at a better rate than other people in the area! Denis was very professional and got our hot water up running in a jiffy and I couldn’t be more thankful that our Christmas wasn’t ruined by this.

I realized our water heater [spectacularly] died around 1130am. I called Dennis and he swung by to take a look shortly after. We talked about options, picked a unit, and he was able to pickup and install the water heater and a recirculating pump same-day. Dennis stayed late until the job was finished and we really appreciated the flexibility and same day quote and install. Would 100% recommend to anyone that needs a new water heater.

Denis responds in a timely manner. He came out and identified the problem instantly (another company could not). He ordered the part, kept in communication and installed the fix the same day that the part was received. It was nice that when you call you speak with the owner, Denise, and he'll be the one doing the work. Work was done promptly and I think you can tell that he takes pride in his work. Water lines are wrapped well, expansion tank mounted to the wall not just hanging of the water line.

i cant say enough good things about this gentleman he has out performed himself with every issue i have ever encountered. I've been using Denis now for several years. He is my go plumber for whatever i need and he responds quickly not leaving you hanging like so many...I called him about 7pm my heater went bad unexpectedly and within 3-4 hours I was back up and running. If that isn't service i don't know what is, and the best part was how fair he was with his pricing. He also installed a water filtering system in my home. I was amazed how professionally it looked when done and how he took many extra steps to ensure i get the best performance out of my unit. i seldom write reviews for people so for me to do this for Denis...believe me i cant tell you enough on how well he deserves a 5 star rating.
