I just refreshed an old HVAC system with Boer Brothers and working with them on my options all the way through install has been a great experience. They've communicated well and after there was some initial system troubles the came and quickly resolved the lingering issues. I would recommend Boer Brothers to others in the Triangle area.

Our former HVAC company told us our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. Their sales pitch was high pressure so we called Boer Brothers for a second opinion. Boer Brothers' senior tech, Johnny, checked our furnace and came back a second time with more sensitive monitoring equipment. There was no leak. They did not charge us for the second opinion. Boer Brothers saved us a lot of money and we switched our annual maintenance contract to them.

I have a regular maintenance plan a the are always responsive and professional. I especially appreciate the explanations about my system and the informative answers to my questions. They consistently deliver on price, quality and service.

Overpriced and provided absolutely no fix. The technician was basic, at best. Tried to oversell me a part that did not need to be replaced. Hundreds of dollars later and my hvac is still broken. Avoid this company.

They follow up with technical advice, so that you have the operating knowledge of your system that you need.

We had a persistent issue with humidity in our home. Dealt with 4 or 5 other HVAC companies, nobody could track it down. They sent out their A team (Jacob) and fixed it. A bizarre calibration issue with a thermostat that only a pro would know We've had zero problems every since. Very grateful to them for helping us getting it under control.

Boer Brothers were on time and instead of rushing through the visit, they made sure to check everything thoroughly and helped me understand what was going on with my water heater. It’s always a relief when someone shows up, treats the problem seriously, and communicates well.

The process from beginning to end was great. We had our old unit removed and a whole new system put in by Boer Brothers. This was back in Sept 2025 and still to this day if I need something or have a quick question they are quick to respond and handle whatever is needed. Thank you Boer Brothers!

This is the second time we've called Boer Bros. for our ground-source heat pump (a somewhat unusual tech). What I was afraid was a dead blower turned out to be just a mis-configuration by the original installer (not Boer). They have 3 techs who know ground-source & now we've has 2 of them, both knowledgable and capable. I highly recommend these folks.

We had a catastrophic failure of an older heat pump and shopped around the Triangle for an HVAC team to replace it. We are glad as all get-out that we went with Boer. He is patient and kind, and has a great gift of explaining the operation of an Ecobee modern high-tech thermostat clearly and patiently. I would definitely ask for him again. Boer Brothers replaced two HVAC systems at my home about 18 months ago, and I had a great experience. I got multiple quotes from other companies, and theirs was very thorough and offered a very competitive price. One of the systems had a part recalled last year, and they were on top of getting that taken care of. I'd definitely recommend them.

Boer Bros did a fantastic job replacing my heat pump system with a new Trane 1.5ton! Doug and Cody did everything they said and more. They were on time with a great product, gave a very competitive price, cleaned everything as if they were never there and even came back to do a quality inspection with my wife to make sure we were completely satisfied. This was by far the best value and service I've received in a long time. Save your time and call Boer Brothers for all your HVAC needs!
