Our AC went out in the evening - I called Logan at 8am and Roberto was at our house by 10am. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and the price was very reasonable. They'll be our first call again in the future!

Called around after being turned off by some exchanges with my previous company and found Logan. He was great the whole way through with communication, timeliness, work quality, and cost to replace a unit (even covered a couple things that came up along the way). Would recommend all around.

I had a great experience last month with Logan and his colleague Roberto, who replaced my 20-year-old heat pump and attic air handler. Logan is very responsive over text and email, punctual, patient with questions, knowledgeable, friendly, and maintains high standards of workmanship. I chose Sizemore Heating & Air for this work because I had a similarly positive experience last year when Logan repaired a problem with my existing system, and the price seemed fair. He's my go-to guy now because he's both competent and responsive.

I bought a house and showed up 4:30pm on a Friday a needed help turning on my heat and stove top, all propane. Logan walked me through each step which is above and beyond! I look forward to working with this company. 5 stars

Logan did a great job on our repair several weeks ago. He quickly got the parts and worked around the rainy weather to get our upstairs AC unit running correctly. Great communication and very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had an excellent experience with Sizemore Heating and Air. The crew went above and beyond when they were replacing our heat pumps. Our old heating system was set up in an inefficient way. They took the time to set it up correctly and we can really tell the difference. They were a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them!

Sizemore HVAC is the only way to go. After trying several other contractors, my business partner who has some rental properties recommended Sizemore. Logan and Roberto have done a great job keeping my AC and heating unit operating at peak performance. On time, return calls immediately, polite, informative about work being done and fairly priced. We needed a new mini split and had been quoted outrageous prices from two large and well-known local companies. Fortunately we found Sizemore Heating
& Air, and Logan got the job done beautifully, and for a very reasonable price. His response times and communication were great throughout the process. He installed a Gree mini split with a great warranty.

We had an issue with our AC so I called Boer Brothers and they had someone out at my house the next day at 8am! The technician arrived at 8am sharp (shout out to Mark for being a superstar) and was so pleasant and friendly and professional. This was my first experience with Boer Brothers but we will be using them for the rest of our services moving forward. Thank you so much Boer Brothers and Mark for helping us out.

I had a good idea of my A/C's issue already due to the symptoms but reached out to Boer for a second and professional opinion as well as potentially repair services. Called in the morning and got lucky as a tech was available later in the day. The tech called and arrived within the window block agreed on; he was thorough, polite, and knowledgeable in the description of the issue and checkout. They were able to get my A/C unit fixed and provided quotes on further replacement options. Repair costs were fair and all around I look forward to working with them in the future.

Scheduled an appt on 11/24 for the seasonal maintenance. The technicians came and were prompt and completed the service. I received separate emailed reports for the upstairs and downstairs units.

In reading the reports I had follow up questions to make sure that I understood. I sent an email on 11/30 to which I received a reply that one of the service managers (Eric or Brandon) would reply. I still had not yet received a response so I followed up again on 12/7. I still have not yet received a response as of 12/21.

I had Boer Brothers install new units back in 2019 costing over $18k and had a positive experience. Have had other seasonal maintenance services and never had any issues. Not sure why now a long time client can't seem to get a response back.

Boer Brothers did a free “second opinion” which was much lower the original company quoted me. Kyle and Tom (two separate trips) each did an excellent job, explaining what was going on with my AC unit and how to keep an eye on it for future maintenance. Both technicians went above and beyond to answer my questions and helped me plan for how to best take care of my AC.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Scheduling was a breeze they were incredibly easy to work with and our technician,Travis, was incredibly knowledgeable efficient and great to work with. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Boer Brothers has taken care of my HVAC needs for over 10 years. There isn’t a better or more reliable company in the business. From planned installations to quickly responding to service calls they have always exceeded my expectations. Top notch office staff, technicians, and installers. When you do business right you keep customers for life!

Guaranteed work, but very difficult to schedule or get out for service calls. I had them install 2 systems and both are frequently malfunctioning and it takes them usually 4-5 days to come out for service. I feel trapped by this warranty and look forward to its expiration to go with another company.

In the past I have been very pleased with Boer Brothers. This time not so much. Turned out the pressure switch on our well was bad and was causing our geothermal heat pump to cut off when the water supply from the well was not stable. They gave me a quote of $683 to fix it. I agreed to the quote which to me at the time seemed really high, but I needed to get it fixed ASAP so I agreed to their quote on Thursday morning. Now came the weird part they had to order the part and it was going to be next week before it came in. The following Tuesday they were able to complete the repair. I was willing to pay the high price thinking they would be out Thursday or Friday to complete the repair. Not 3 or 4 days after that. Keep in mind there is no heat in about 2/3 of my house during the waiting time. With a little searching on the internet I found the part locally for about $40. They came out and completed the repair in 1 1/2 hrs. Is $683 a fair price for that?
