Triangle Backflow came to perform a required backflow test and during the testing process, inadvertently broke the shutoff valve. They came the next morning and dug down the almost 4 feet to access the valve and replaced it. They stood behind their work and did a fine job of completing the test. I would recommend them to family and friends!

Very responsive, came when he said he would and got my ancient system up and working. The service was both good value and quality. Also nice guy with a cheery disposition so was a pleasure to have around as he worked on the system. Will 100% use in future.

Mohammed worked on my irrigation system, found the problem, and repaired it at a very reasonable price. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and provided me with alternatives to solve my problem. I will absolutely use him again in the future for any plumbing or irrigation issues I have. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using Mohammed. He came out to test our back-flow and to do our Spring Start up. Very friendly, even after he came out the first time and our water meter was missing AND the back flow was in an unusual spot(in the crawl space). Once I had everything set up, he was very responsive and quick to come out! He quickly found leaks and repaired them with no issues. Very nice guy and we’ll continue to use and refer him!

I contacted Triangle to perform the annual backflow testing required by Aqua. He responded very quickly and scheduled our appointment within a few days. Very professional, reasonable and friendly. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Once again, Mohammed came to the rescue. I called him with an emergency (backflow device froze/cracked) and he was able to order the part and install the new device within 24 hours of my initial call. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I was very pleased with Triangle Backflow and appreciate the extra mile that Mohammed went to make sure that our backflow device was up to code. He also took the time to explain what needed to be repaired in order to pass our annual test. He was reasonably priced and intentionally sought out ways for us to save money, while still making sure our device was properly tested. Excellent service. I will definitely call him again next year for our annual test. Highly recommend!

We had Omar come out to diagnose an issue with our Heater which was not blowing warm air in one of the zones during Winter. Another local company had quoted us nearly $3K for a number of fixes.. Omar was able to diagnose and resolve everything within 30 minutes at a fraction of the cost ($400 or so). I will definitely be using Triangle Backflow Heating and Air again!

We had a strange hiccup with our HVAC on Friday morning. For the first time, the heater wouldn't go above 64 degrees. It healed itself after turning it off for a while, but with this winter storm, I didn't want to chance it, so I called Triangle Heating and Air. They were able to bring out a technician within a couple hours, who confirmed everything was running fine. He didn't try to sell us on a service plan, or charge ridiculous fees. Just a nice in-and-out process, unlike other Heating and Air operators around here.
Highly recommended! Would deal with them again.

Alberto at A Plus just finished replacing our central AC and furnace (which was a straight AC system) with a heat pump and matching furnace. So now we are happy to have a dual fuel system. He was also able to configure our existing thermostats to work with the new system, which saved us some money. I found Alberto to be extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, responsible, and trustworthy. He's a consummate professional who does things the right way. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any HVAC related jobs.
