Bud Matthews Services was recommended to me by a friend and my experience with them was 5 stars from start to finish. Everyone was kind and professional. The problem was determined and corrected at a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs.

We working with Bud Matthews in our home and our business and it has been a great experience. We had our whole home heating and cooling unit replaced and they did a wonderful job. Always very punctual, reasonably priced and just overall great service. Ben serviced our refrigerator in our business and did a great job! This is an wonderful company. I have used their services many times, for everything from fixing a leaky shower to installing a new furnace. Recently Rosa, one of their outstanding plumbers, installed a new hot water heater and many other upgrades in my house. She and her team were very knowledgeable, kind, polite, and efficient. Rosa, a true professional, went far above and beyond what was required, and explained everything before beginning each phase of her work. I highly recommend Bud Matthews!

We would like to report how pleased we were with Bud Matthews Service dealing with a refrigerator ice maker. Another repair service had failed to fix the problem. Turned out Paul, with Bud Matthews Service, had to make a second trip to resolve the problem. The second trip was very time consuming and included having the remove and replace the refrigerator door. We were very pleasantly surprised that we were not billed for the second trip. Furthermore, Paul obligingly helped us with a chore that was not related to the repair job. Highly recommend.

Bud Matthews is always reliable, conscientious, on time, and do a great job. I have been using their services for over 15 years, servicing my HVAC, appliance repair, and this time hooking up a new stove to LP gas (requiring a conversion kit). The tech converting the new stove double checked the gas burners for flame height and for gas leaks. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and model of the stove.

My first time using Bud Matthews and Im sold. Brandon Fitch was the technician and he was on point. Brandon was professional, courteous, patient, and best of all treated me with respect. Totally impressed with the customer service, will definitely use Bud Matthew's in the future.

In the middle of a snowstorm in our area, Jon and his crew came through for us and our heating issues. They are life savers and have great customer service. Their work quality is superior! Had my microwave uninstalled and replaced with another one. It was a slightly nuanced job because we had a shelf and range on top of it, but Bud Matthews employees did an excellent job and were able to handle it with ease. Thanks so much to them!

Richie and Carlos have taken over the maintenance of our air conditioning system at work. Once they started they found several problems that have made our system more efficient.

Needed a new AC unit installed. This company quoted a very fair price and was very flexible on scheduling the install. It's been over a year and the unit still works great with no problems. I would definitely recommend this company.

My heating went out and I called them on a Sunday expecting just to leave a voicemail. Instead I talked to somebody who came out and assessed my situation that same day. I had a new system installed and up-and-running within 2 days after that, and everything is still working great over a year later.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I had a schedule time frame of 10-11am for the technician to come and they never show in that time frame and I did not even receive a call to let me know anything about running late. I had to call the companies number and it felt like they didn't even have my apt down on the calendar. The young lady said she would inform the technician and he would call me soon. Another hour later still no phone call so I called again. She said the technician was running late and told me he would call me soon this was around 1:30pm. It wasn't until 3:45 in the afternoon when the technician called me and said he would not be able to come that day, and that he would call me back to let me know if another technician could see me the next day. He never called me back and no other technician came to see me the next day. I can understand if a technician gets held up at another job but to not inform your customer or give me a call to let me know maybe an hour after scheduled apt is just HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will never recommend this company to any one.

Best experience I could have had. I called when my unit quit running and they had some out there that very day. My old unit had finally had given out and a new one was necessary. They offered me a great price on a new Ruud unit and had it in ASAP! They were very professional and courteous and got the job done right the first time. I recommend them to anyone needing help with hvac.

The HVAC went out at work and Ritchie and Will were right there to help us. They came in, gave us a fair estimate and in no time, our new unit was installed. They do what they say they are going to do in a fast, friendly, and fair manner. Great customer service too!

Great service! I called several HVAC companies when my air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year . Air Secure was the only one that could squeeze me in. Will Smith stopped by shortly after I called and was able to fix the problem immediately! I will definitely call them first for any future issues with my HVAC.
