Yesterday I called Triangle Backflow Co., explaining that Aqua requires to have the backflow be testested on an annual basis by a licensed backflow tester, to prevent contamination of the water supply. Mohammad was an absolute delight! We have been having issues with our irrigation backflow over the past 2 years. Each "fix" that was done by another company was only temporary and never kept it in working order. Finally, the backflow cracked and spewed water. That happened on a Sunday, I called Triangle Backflow on Monday afternoon, and everything was fixed and in working order on Tuesday. Mohammad even showed me how to reprogram our sprinkler system. He was polite, kind, and personable. The reviews sold me on Triangle Backflow, and now I see why they were so good!
