I recently contacted ServPro regarding cleaning of my dryer vent. I was getting lots of lint and heat backing up into our laundry room. The dryer was taking twice as long to dry our clothes and I'm sure this was a major contribution to our increased electric bill. The ServPro team came out and completed the job in far less time than I expected and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I'm very pleased and highly recommend.

After purchasing our first home we found several leak issues due to our builder cutting corners during the initial construction process. We began to worry about the repair job and called the ServPro team. They came out the next day to perform an inspection and go over what the needs steps should be to fix the leak and repair the damage so that we could monitor the ongoing situation. My house caught fire when I wasn't in the area. In a whirlwind of emotions and confusion, Peter was referred to me. I called him the evening of the fire and he was so patient and understanding of the emotions a situation like this causes...he immediately put me at ease with his demeanor. Peter and his team jumped into action and was at my home the crack of dawn, the very next morning, to tarp my roof. Peter handheld me through the entire mitigation process. Each member of his team went completely above and beyond. They all were professional and reliable. They all thought of me, my home and my items as they were their own - handling every thing with such care and passion! Peter himself became a complete angel to me through out - he was readily available to answer questions and concerns about the process. On site, he was always full of detail and spoke with such care, knowing how emotional a loss is, Peter was my calm during my storm! Peter and his team constantly went above and beyond their job requirements. Even now, as my home has moved towards the rebuild process and Peter's part is done- he still welcomes my calls for his professional opinions! Words just can't express how grateful I am for Peter and his entire team!

Servpro of Northeast Charlotte was one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. I called them up for an issue at our home and the next day as promised they were there and on time. Not only did they take care of the issue I needed taken care of but they also pointed out a few other things that would need attention. These folks are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Andrew and his team were knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions and kept me updated on everything that was going on. Would definitely use again.

I hired this company thinking they would actually do good work however, in the 2 1/2 months that I worked with them, they actually did no work. They kept saying they were going to bring “ their builders buy“but absolutely nobody showed up other than I guess was their marketing person. They took my $1000 deductible and never gave it back to me whenever I chose to go with another company. Even with this review, they did not allow me to leave them a one star rating it would not process like that. Well actually I’d like to give you no stars… they were going to subcontract the job, and when I asked about the company they were going to use and wanted to know a website and more information they could not provide that. When I decided I wanted to speak to a manager to resolve the issues, no one called me. This has been the absolute worst company I have ever worked with.

I can not thank Servpro enough for the help provided during a recent unfortunate event that left fire damage to my newly remodeled kitchen. I just knew after that grease fire that I was going to never be able to walk in my home and not have a lingering burnt smell. But Servpro made all my fears go away and I cannot even tell there was a fire. Also I would like to recognize Austin for his follow up during the whole process, I wasn’t left in the dark when it came to the whole process. If I could give more than. 5 stars I surely would.

With a fridge ice-maker on our first floor going rogue and pumping endless water into the kitchen overnight (8hrs) that created a huge mess in our kitchen and for the downstairs, Austin from ServPro responded quickly and began to mitigate our damage immediately. I had the pleasure to work with the Charlotte Servpro team Bowen. They helped me through a difficult time when the basement of the church flooded. Their representative (Hillary) help me understand the process and spent a lot of time with me on the phone. I felt as if they were patient with me and was more than a number.

Caleb and his team are top notch. We had a huge roof leak impacting our building and Caleb was quick to respond and was there to answer any questions I had. I wouldn’t choose anyone else.

As new homeowners, we did not anticipate a newly renovated home, that we had JUST bought 3 months prior, to have an appliance leak that would absolutely terrify us financially and emotionally. After filing with insurance, we chose SERVPRO to facilitate our entire mitigation process, demo, and renovation. During the mitigation, we had multiple SERVPRO team members checking in on our humidifier and air purifier almost hourly. They would stop by frequently to ensure everything was drying out properly and that the air we were breathing was safe. They were responsive, charismatic, intentional in their work and made us feel at such ease. They accommodated our schedules and knew the end result was getting us back in our house ASAP. Their workers who did the reno were a pleasure to work with, efficient, and absolutely took pride in their quality of work. Now, our house looks BETTER and fresher than when we moved in.

On a side note, we were so paranoid that any little water bubble we saw in our house going forward, we called our rep and sent him pictures. Thankfully, there was nothing to report, but it’s so nice having that trusting relationship to provide us with reassurance.
