One of the units in our building had a fire, and our unit below had extensive water damage. SERVPRO came right out and assessed the damage. Not only did they repair the damage, but Dan Burk and his team went above and beyond to ensure our unit was repaired and everything was working and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend SERVPRO and Dan Burk's team. If I ever need repairs again, I know who to call to get the job done.

I had a plumbing leak and found this company that was highly recommended on nextdoor.com. Even though their schedule was full, they made time to come fix the problem within 24 hours. Fair price, professional and customer orientated.

I do not recommend Flipbox. After not completing a job that had multiple challenges and agreeing to refund my money within 30 days, I have not received a dime of nearly $4k owed to me. Rob has gone completely silent. Beware!

Hired a crew that couldn't communicate with us and brought their children into our home while working. Also used our house like it was their own without prior consent. After leaving a mess, there were multiple issues with our floor that have since gotten worse (see below). When we talked to Rob about it, he continued to ask us "what can I do to make you happy?" We told him that fixing our floor would do the trick but he was unwilling to do so. After several attempts to contact him when the issues got worse, he won't return our calls or texts. Funny how he had no problem cashing our check though.

They were fast and professional! Did a great job with our bathroom and very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend.

This is the second bathroom they have done for us. Happy as usual, only company we will use for any tiling jobs. I promise that you will be very pleased.

If I could give FTC 6 stars I would - excellent work performed by a great team at a very competitive price! They would get the first phone call from me every time - and the communication throughout the process was terrific.

I purchased a condo on Lake Norman that needed to be gutted and completely remodeled. I wanted to have one person that I could deal with for everything that I needed. Alfredo became this person. He handled everything in a timely fashion and he communicated with me constantly. He kept the place clean the entire time that he worked there and the results were beautiful. I don’t think that I could be happier with the way my condo looks now.

I’d like to provide a review of the work that Alfredo Albarran of Final Touch Construction did for me in January 2018. The job was to retile my breakfast area and kitchen, which was about 350 sq ft. It involved removing all the existing tile, preparing the subfloor with backer board, installing new tile, all the associated small carpentry adjustment for the door jams, base boards, and pantry doors, and hauling away all the debris. Alfredo and his team did an OUTSTANDING JOB. His work is of the HIGHEST QUALITY and the attention to detail and the care with which the work is done is EXCELLENT. He and his team were always very careful to ensure that the dust and debris during the tile removal was contained to the work area and did NOT get into the rest of the house. They WORK CLEAN and the house stayed clean throughout the job. He and his team worked a full day from 8-5 every day and arrived precisely at 8 AM EVERY DAY! Never once did I have to wonder if they were coming. He was totally reliable and they worked diligently every day. The job came out GREAT and my wife and I are so pleased. We know that we will be calling Alfredo and Final Touch Construction FIRST for any needs we have in the future. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you call him for your next job. - Ron Reinhard, Charlotte NC

i can't say enough good things about Final Touch Constructions. i have now used them for two separate jobs - a major bath remodel and tearing out a wall and installing new closets. Alfredo and his team were ALWAYS on time, professional and hard working. they not only did a great job with the construction work, electrical, plumbing and painting.. but each day they left the construction area clean and swept. i wouldn't hesitate to use Alfredo again or recommend his work to my friends.

Final Touch is an awesome company. Alfredo and his team were professional, and their work is of the highest quality. We had tile work, drywall work and a built in bench done in the mud room and laundry room. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product. They are meticulous. We have many more projects to complete on our older home and we will definitely be working with Final Touch again in the future!
