Chris Gallardo was a great leader on the team that came to mitigate the water damage at my home. They used top of the line equipment and did a good job overall. Chris made the process easier and helped me understand what was taking place during the mitigation and mold treatment.

Brendon and his team came right away as we let them know we had water damage in our home. With great professionalism and care they brought their machines in and got rid of all the moisture. They helped us deal with the insurance companies to make sure that we received all of the monies that were owed to us. We highly recommend Brendon and his team at Rumsey Construction and Restoration.

Rumsey Construction did an excellent job on my home. I had a toilet overflow on the second floor of my home that ran about 6hrs that totally overflowed all the way to the first floor. Their team came in assured me that my home will be put back in brand new condition. Mr. Youngblood and his team came in, was totally professional and courteous, and completed the project beyond what I had imagined, even adding additions to my home that I had always wanted and never got around to making the changes. Eric kept me fully informed with updates and constantly met me there to give me a walk thru every time a new part of the project was completed. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a good and fast construction and repair team....A+

This past summer I had a water leak that traveled to the kitchen, Den, powder room and computer room. I immediately looked for a renovation company that would work with the insurance company. I contacted Rumsey Renovation and Jeron Tanner came out the next day to survey the situation. Upon inspection, he contacted the insurance adjuster and together they estimated the damage. Jeron did a wonderful job in dealing with the insurance co. Once approved the demolition started and Mike Fullbright was the Project manager. He did a super job in getting the contractors to come on time and complete the necessary work. He was honest and always returned my calls and emails. He made sure that I was satisfied with the completed work. It was a real pleasure working with him. In total, I am very pleased with the completed renovation

Shower pan was damaged and there was water leakage from the ceiling below bathroom. It was rectified by Rumsey construction company. The work was done very well and it was highly appreciated. The people were very responsive. I definitely recommend Rumsey to my contacts.

Josh and Isaac were great at getting the drying and demo/cleanup handled. We await estimates and restoration now. If this goes as well as the earlier work I’ll be more than satisfied.

Job is now finished, with Jacob managing the restoration which included tile flooring installation, drywall repair, toilet replacement, painting and finishing. Jacob was great, responsive and answered all questions, helped in choosing materials, and arranged for all reconstruction. The result a beautiful job. Thank you.

Wonderful experience with Rumsey, had a pipe leak that caused water damage in our kitchen. Brandon Fate and his teammate helped get out the saturated drywall and stuff out, they got it dried out completely in a few days. He kept me informed every step of the way and always gave plenty of heads up if he had to swing by and check the sensors. Very friendly and professional!

Thus far I've had Rumsey take all items out and clean for mold. There discarded and photographed water damaged items. Kyle and Trey have been wonderful to work with. Very professional, kept me informed every step of the way, called before arriving and just all around great to have for this project.

I recently had water damage stemming from a toilet leak that turned into a huge mess. In short, mold formed and I needed a new bathroom (floor, shower, wall) and new kitchen cabinets/countertops. I had referred Rumsey Construction and Restoration to one of my clients who had a water damage claim. Unfortunately, their damage wasn't something covered in their policy, but Rumsey went above and beyond to take care of my client. They discounted the price of the job since the customers were self paying, and did everything they could to make the financial aspect of the repairs be less stressful. Christina really made my client feel like they were being taken care of and did excellent work.

I used Rumsey Construction and Renovation for their water mitigation and demolition services after my attic water heater ruptured causing extensive damage to my 1st and 2nd floors. Jackson was the assigned Project Manager for these services. I found him to be knowledgeable as to what was going on and what needed to be done. He was very professional, friendly and approachable and punctual. In fact he came over on a Saturday morning to swap out a leaky dehumidifier. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Rumsey thus far and it’s all due to Jackson.

It’s hard to find and honest and trust worthy company to do business with when you are frantic after a devastating loss but Rumsey stepped up to the plate and delivered. Michael fuller, our project manager was great to work with. He kept in constant communication and let us know where we were in the reconstruction process. Our place turned out beautiful and I will make sure to share the level of professionalism and service provided by this company. You really won’t go wrong by contacting them.
