Had the best experience with this location after some extensive water damage from plumbing mishaps to my home. Cannot say enough about the level of efficiency and the customer service level they provided. Would recommend to anyone! And with hopes I won’t if I ever end up in the situation again, I wouldn’t call anyone else if I did.

I had a fire in August 2023! I worked with a Project Manager named Rick Hesprich. Rick was nice and courteous every time I called and listened to my issues and helped me live in my house once again! Serve pro did an absolutely amazing job on my house!

Help was there for me within minutes of the discovery of the fire and was aiding in helping me in record time on Easter Sunday morning before 9am. Their help, support and kindness was truly amazing and will never forget the most special service that was provided on one of the worst days ever. I would highly recommend their help to everyone. Shauna and Austin are the best, always quick and efficient. They answer all of our questions and give us detailed reports to ensure that our staff along with the residents have up to date knowledge on the work being done in the homes. I found this location to not conduct business in a straight forward and professional manner. The repairs on my house were never completed, and ServPro of Northeast Mecklenburg still expected a full payment. I would not recommend to anyone.

I had visits from both DaQuan and Justin from Serve Pro. Both specialists were were extremely knowledgeable and personable. They were both prompt and good with communication (call back quickly and show up on time). They came to our home and did a thorough investigation of the issues. I highly recommend them and will call them again.

Jose and his team did a great job with the water leak we were dealing with last week. It was 11PM when we realized what was happening. I felt guilty calling Alex so late, but she took the call and the team mobilized quick quicker than I could have expected. Communication was constant, the work was done wellX and the technicians were polite and respectful of our space.

My home had extensive water damage due to a plumber error. The contractor called ServPro, who took over and removed all damaged ceiling and wall gypsum board, flooring, etc., then after assuring everything was dry, cleaned up the MESS left from water poured from second level to first floor. They will be doing construction to restore damage back to original looks. Thank you ServPro for such an excellent job!

I ran here to say Tyler has been a great communicator about the small patch work being done and to thank Tyler for trying to ensure the job is done to satisfaction. We also appreciate your willingness to "make it right" if we are dissatisfied and will certainly let you know if there are any issues.

While they were very quick to respond and come out to our house to initially assess some mold on our bathroom ceiling, the rest of our experience was very disjointed and not smooth or timely. We were visited on a Thursday and were told we'd have a quote the very next day. It did not come through until the following week. As a side note, it was ~$1,000 for them to demo about 25 square feet of ceiling and clean up. We needed to get it done, but in hindsight it was not worth the price. Anyway, once we figured out the details and agreed to the quote, we scheduled a tear down of the affected ceiling by the mitigation team and were told that we'd be contacted immediately by the reconstruction group. It wasn't until the mitigation team was actually on site that I learned the reconstruction team wouldn't even be notified until they were finished removing the ceiling. Upon learning this, I was unable to get in to contact with our initial assessor via text or phone call, and when he did call me back, did not address my concerns about being misled about the Servpro process. I had to call the 24/7 line to get someone to speak to me, where I learned that even though reconstruction would be given the job to put new ceiling back up, it would just be in the queue and they were very busy so it would be multiple days (with a hole in our ceiling bathroom!) before they would even get out to our house to assess and give us a quote. We had to find a local contact through a coworker to come in the next day and get the job done. Overall, we won't be utilizing Servpro again. Separating the groups who demo and rebuild, and on top of that, not scheduling the work to be done on the same day, really put us in a bad spot with a chunk of our ceiling missing in the summertime.
