Twice a year since living here, I've suffered with allergies that end up with a sinus infection and awful headaches. I noticed that when I stayed somewhere besides home, I felt better. I also noticed that this all occurred at the start of the 2 seasons, air conditioning and heat start up.

We have tried everything. And taking an allergy pill everyday wasn't cutting it.

Last night was the first night since turning the heat on that I didn't have allergy symptoms and post nasal drip while trying to sleep.

Why?

Yesterday Advanta Clean came out and cleaned our ductwork. They thoroughly cleaned the entire system. They were respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. I'm not getting any advantage to posting this other than to encourage you, if you're struggling like I have been, to give them a call. I feel like a new woman this morning and want to shout about it!

This is a great locally owned company. Gibbon Pender and the employees are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain everything, and answer questions. They did a great job for us.

I called AdvantaClean after our newly constructed home suffered some water damage. These guys came in on time and well equipped. They worked fast and cleanup very nicely after themselves. Best part, they were able to identify problems that our builder missed and provided me with a full report with suggestions for the builder to act on. Once our home was finished, I hired AdvantaClean again to do some duct cleaning in order to remove the construction dust; once again they did a phenomenal job. Not only will I highly recommend them, but I will also do business with them again going forward.

Used AdvantaClean after years of struggling with crawlspace moisture and indoor humidity issues. Gibbon's team did excellent work, answering any questions I had along the way. They did clean, neat work on all encapsulation and remediation work, including the dehumidifier install. The old, wet, musty crawlspace now looks, smells, and feels like brand new construction, including the joists and subfloor. My only regret is not having done it years ago.

1/3/2024 - As a follow-up, we had an issue with some light water intrusion after a heavy rain over a year after the original service. After just a single text exchange, Gibbon had a team out less than 24 hours later to assess and remediate the issue, which would not have been obvious during the initial encapsulation. An additional thumbs up for responsiveness and standing behind their warranty guarantees.

I was very pleased with the service I received from AdvantaClean and highly recommend them if you need the services they provide. Gibbon was very helpful and explained exactly what the process would involve. The crew was very professional and efficient and did a great job resolving the issue we had with water damage due to a broken pipe.

Once again AdvantaClean has come to the rescue !! We're dog lovers and you know what they means: LOTS of dog hair which manages to work its way into our heating and a/c ducts and that never works well with someone who has allergies !! So we once again we called AdvantaClean and they did a thorough cleaning and the allergy issues disappeared !! My wife says their crew was very friendly and they did a THOROUGH cleaning of every duct-and we have a lot of them !! This is the 2nd time we've used AdvantaClean and there have been ZERO problems..Highly recommend them to all pet owners-you'll be surprised when they show you what is pulled from your ducts !!!

AdvantaClean did a fantastic job remediating and encapsulating our crawl space. We had major moisture issues that were causing issues. They also did a great job cleaning out our filthy air ducts. Gibbon was very knowledgeable and the work was done efficiently.

I found the AdvantaClean crews to be professional, polite and efficient. Air-duct cleaning requires the crews to be in every room of the house in order to access all the vents and air returns. Over a period of several hours, four people worked together and removed a lot of debris from all my duct work. They answered my questions and left the house in pristine order. I highly recommend them.

Definitely recommend! Reasonably priced, professional crew, and they did a great job on a very non-standard crawlspace at our house. 5 stars.
