JB and Enrico repaired and cleaned my dryer vent which had come loose in the crawlspace. They went beyond what I expected. JB put a metal strap on the vent pipe under the house so it wouldn't come loose again and it was in a a very difficult spot to get to. He showed me pictures of the repair. And Enrico, not only repaired the flexible duct on the back of my dryer, he also cleaned the space behind and under the dryer, then also cleaned the baseboards and wiped down both the washer and dryer tops. The room looks great! They were very professional! Thanks AdvantaClean!

The guys were great, right on time and explained how they were going to clean the air ducts from inside the house as well as from the crawl space. When they finished they showed me all the mold and mildew their machine had taken out. It was disgusting!! Probably my imagination but I feel like I breathe better after seeing that “stuff” being removed! Would definitely recommend Advanta Clean.

Honesty in business is something hard to find most days. Corey came to look at my crawl space and give me some ideas, quotes for encapsulation and so forth... What I got was even better and more... Honesty...
1) My crawl did not need an encapsulation let alone dehumidifier.
2) Does not even need a thicker vapor barrier.
3) No mold, or mildew to be found any where...

But what he did pin point was my HVAC unit sweating. Along with a distribution box not connected to a duct properly. So instead of me spending $1000's I only spent about $20 fixing something simple...

Seriously, if you want integrity these guys are who to go to. They don't leave you guessing, they will give you a process and routine to follow so you don't waste thousands.

Took more time than expected to receive initial estimate but once I did it was fairly priced so I decided to have the work done.
