Alexandria wasn’t very nice at all, she over shared her opinion and it turns out she was wrong anyway!

Rent increased 5% upon last years renewal. Now they’re increasing it 10% & notified me right before I’m supposed to renew again. Unethical practices.

Rent ready is such a great vendor to work with, they have handled all our turns and I couldn’t ask for a better vendor to work with!

Based on what I've seen and heard. Can't believe there still around. Sounds like slave driver's to me? Or pimping people, shame they want treat you nice. Thank you all very much for your information. They had a ad on Craigslist, was going to work for them .But based on y'all testament, no thanks!

I have applied three times..before the pandemic to add on to my consistent cliential..the person on the phone was fairly professional but I didn't follow up because my demand was high..reapplied during the pandemic and the attitude of the trainer was horrifying and not a good representation of the industry..I guess they are trying to rebrand themselves but you are better off becoming a W9 worker and getting insurance..the company is not executing what they are trying to accomplish..even the apps out there are better then this..doesn't even feel like the company is open in 2022..feels like the 80s..As far as expansions they are now working in Orlando/Tampa..the housing market goes in and out there..they should have chosen Miami..it's a much higher ended market and the service is needed there due to the rising cost of living..I am glad I don't only rely on residential cleaning money because this is not the way it is done..don't bother..

There was a paint job for a unit in Oaklawn and the painters or management at park at Oaklawn apartments decided to take a pair of shoes instead of respectfully understanding maybe these shoes belong to somebody ….i want my shoes back this was recent just about 1.5 weeks ago

This is a great company that is working to improve daily to be even better. Every company has its up and downs but it’s how you handle it moving forward! Great leaders at Rent Ready definitely care about the customers and providing a good experience!

They have a great concept. Just not the business profile or mindset to complete.
They usually use people in a 3 day trial. There is only one older lady who you have to please. There is one HR person that handles everything.
They have been around for five years and only clean low level apartments.
Their painters are sloppy say the least. You have to go behind and clean up so much paint work. They are unknown of the process of growth and how to treat contractors.
Their contractors are beyond unprofessional. Smoking in the apartments, criminal activity in the apartments. If you hood and need something to do, this is the place for it.

I'm a leasing consultant at a property in Raleigh, NC and when I tell you Rent Ready has made my job 10x easier, I mean it! I went from having to call 4 separate vendors and coordinate schedules based on all their availability to calling one vendor to get an apartment move-in ready.

Particularly, Candy, Belinda, and Lexie have been very helpful and they always follow up to make sure everything is up-to-par service-wise. We have had a few minor hiccups with some of the workmanship but it has been resolved promptly each time. The staff seems to welcome all feedback, good and bad. Our company actually pays less overall for services through RentReady too. Because of this, switching to RentReady was a win-win all around for us and I highly recommend trying them out if you are considering using them.

Rent Ready Is always accommodating with any circumstances I may have! From cleaning the apartments into such a move in ready condition, or resurfacing tubs, I have never had a bad experience!
The office staff makes it so easy for me and they have gotten me out of some urgent binds!

Thank you Liz and team for always telling me you can get things done by a certain date, even if it's such short notice :)

I scheduled 2 cleans through Rent Ready. One was adequate other than needing to redo the tub. The other was abysmal and needed them to come back to correct it. After, the cleaner came back they tried to charge me for him coming back as a touch up ($63.80). They also warned me my maintenance team left a couple items (a ladder to change some lights and a bucket to collect trash the previous cleaner left behind) and they would charge me for those items the next time.
In my experience a new vendor usually does their best to impress and wow a new client, but it's clear this company does not care about the job that's being done for it's clients and only wants to find ways to charge extra fees. Save yourself a lot of time and money and find a small, dependable local vendor to care for your residents.

My siding is coming apart and falling off, I have reached out to southern industries several times to honor the warranty, my windows and gutters are great but the siding needs more work, its been almost a year and I’m starting to think this was several thousands in the trash, I may have to get the news and legal assistance .

Gary was very thorough and explained everything in detail about the windows that Southern Industries Home Improvement offers. He was very courteous and kind and we learned a lot and enjoyed the presentation. Gary is down to earth and was so knowledgeable. He knows what he is talking about. I cannot wait for our new windows to be installed.

Max and Ruvim came out to install my windows today. They did a great job. They were patient, kind, professional and overall very easy to work with. I am so pleased. Everything looks great and I am overjoyed.

Everyone has been so professional and kind and welcoming throughout this process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. This is the company to work with!

Nick spent a lot of time ensuring we fully understood their product and how Southern Industries could fix our issues with our gutters. Their price is better than the competitors for a very similar product without the all of the sales pressure. I am looking forward for my new gutters to be installed so I won’t have to spend anymore time worrying about water damage to my home from the builders grade gutters that were originally installed.

Hello, we had Tony Turner and Cody Baxter out from Southern Industries to speak with us about our needs in siding , etc. for our home. Very Knowledgeable, Very Customer Service oriented. We spoke with their respective manager, via phone call afterwards. Great Team, Great Company! Looking forward to having our project completed by Southern Industries... Dan & Lynda Meadows

Tyler and Cody were the representatives that came to my home to talk about a possible a siding contract. Both were quite professional and very knowledgeable in their fields. Tyler explained everything about the quality of materials and the next levels of installation that will complete the work and the esthetics of a new look of the home because the quality is that good along with almost zero maintenance and upkeep because of the manufacturing processes on Southern Industries' materials.
Cody did the measurements and calculations and the available options for financing which mail it easy for me to lock in a contract, when almost ALWAYS, I will stew over it for a few days or so before I made a final decision. While both Cody and Tyler were good at their profession, the sell came from the quality of materials to be used that will better help costs savings later on energy efficiency and even lower some of the sounds from outside living on a highway.

Thank you, Tyler and Cody, for your honesty, professionalism and ensuring the customer understands everything they need to know to make a sound decision because it is an investment on your home that will get your money back on energy efficient cost savings.
