Tony arrived on time the day of his appointment to discuss the bathroom shower installation. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. Tony ordered all parts required for our shower update.
When the parts were in we made an appointment for the replacement of our shower. Ben showed on time of the appointment. The complete upgrade of our bathroom shower update was completed in two days. I highly recommend Southern Industries for home repairs.

Landon Risher came out to our property and showed my wife and mother-in-law a gutter system they wanted, but pressured them to sign immediately to get the quoted price. After paying the deposit, he was quick to warn that if we didn’t pay the balance, they would place a lien on our property.

An appointment was scheduled for the morning of Sept. 17, but no one showed up. When my wife called, they claimed there had been a mix-up — that they thought the job was already done — and said they would reschedule.

Today, someone showed up unannounced while no one was home and installed a gutter system completely different from what was shown to us.

When we called to address the issue, it took multiple calls before anyone would answer. When someone finally did, their response was essentially, “I don’t know what Landon showed you, but this is what he signed you up for.”

We paid good money expecting a professional-grade system and ended up with something that looks like any handyman could have installed with parts from a home improvement store.

This was a classic bait-and-switch experience. Do not use this company if you value honesty, professionalism, and quality work.

Ruvim and his entire team were spectacular. No surprises at all, very thorough and knowledgeable. Their attention to detail as second to none !!!! Absolutely amazing experience with the entire company, sales team, scheduling (and that was quite an experience due to inspections not the company) and the installers!!!

Gary Land did a great job planning our new walk-in shower. He went above and beyond to make sure every special need, works to our advantage. We are so excited to see our project completed, soon!!

I wanted a simple master bath shower stall replaced. I thought Southern Industrials Home Improvement company was a total remodeling company, but they could only do 70% of the remodel. Not too good. Gary, the sales tech was unable to answer all my questions. Brain was unable to give me a itemized quote, estimate or proposal of the work his company could do. On a pad of paper, it took Gary twenty minutes to come up with a lump sum price. This is 2025. Use your ipad.
I would run not walk away from this company. Southeastern may be large but run, do not walk away from this company.

Cody addressed our concerns in a timely manner allowing us the space and time to make our own decision, without any pressure, respecting our wishes to consult other companies for comparison before making a decision. He brought a high quality product at a price that was very competitive , I would recommend this company and representative to friends and family without hesitation, with the provision that everyone has their own criteria for making large project decisions.

Gary was very informative, his product was very impressive. He had a very warm and pleasant personality. Even made me laugh. He gave me a fair price a little on the high side but the product was a little on the high side. Would recommend this company to others.

Tony Turner is the best! From the moment he entered our home he was like Family! The knowledge he shared about the company and products was amazing. He addressed all our concerns and answered every question on point! We love our new siding and the installation crew was also amazing!

We had our gutters replaced as well as some siding work. This has been the worst experience we have ever endured with a home improvement company. We have had nothing but problems due to the poor installation of the products. Issues from poor installation and product leaking (which could potentially cause more issues) to installers writing on our furniture. We have contacted the project manager on numerous occasions sent photos and videos of our concerns and have yet to have them addressed. Only on one occasion was one of our issues addressed, however it took a few weeks and numerous phone calls and text messages to get a response. We had our Windows replaced with this company years ago and it was a smooth process. With our windows we never had an issue! Which is why we chose to go round two with this company for our home improvement needs. In the future we will not recommend this company. We are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication as well as poor installation. I would really like to upload the video of the complete walk through around the house. It would give a better understanding of our frustrations.

Gary & Tony were outstanding in explaining the method & application of the attic insulation procedure for me. I'm very excited to get my home up to code & energy efficient. I highly recommend this company for all your home improvement needs.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was wonderful to work with from Giuseppe, Alex, Essence, James and Jorge and his crew. Very respectful of property and ask questions to be sure they were doing certain areas correctly. Very happy with the product and the colors we selected.

Thalles and Chandi showed up and went straight to work. Very professional. Work was done in a timely manner and they also cleaned up. Would highly recommend them for window installation.

Nick was prompt, personal and professional. He took time to answer all my questions and offered very helpful suggestions for my siding project. He used his tablet/computer to take a picture of my house and show me how the various color and style combinations (siding and trim/gutters) would look. Being able to visually see the color/style combinations was very helpful in the process of making color/styles selections. Excellent customer focused service‼️ Dale
