Craig and his team provided 5-star service not only with our flood remediation, but also with moving our belongings out of the flooded home, cleaning and storing them, and then moving them into our new home. They were much better than a moving company, even though that is not technically their specialty. It’s great to see that some companies still have pride in their work and really care about their customers!

I highly recommend SERVPRO of West Mecklenburg for any water damage needs. Craig was extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring that I understood the process for water mitigation and even what to expect when it came to working with my insurance and a contractor for repairs. He answered all my questions, communication was timely and thorough, and we felt very well taken care of during a stressful situation. I would refer Craig and his team to anyone.

I called Servpro of South Charlotte for their mitigation services. I highly recommend them! My team was lead by Matthew. Matthew was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, conscientious, communicative, and went above and beyond to help however he could. I am so glad we went with Servpro and that we got Matthew as our leader. Also, their prices seem reasonable and fair.

Hector, Matthew, and their team did a great job with our water leak. There was great communication throughout the process from both Hector and Matthew. Matthew listened to my concerns and made sure that the area needing mitigation was safe for our young children during the process. This team is professional and a pleasure to work with (despite the circumstances). I hope we don’t need them again, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

ServPro was a great partner to our family during a recent flood. Hector was always there to coordinate all our needs and take our calls. Today Gary and Gio did a great job retuning our furniture after 4 months in storage. Thanks to the entire team!!

We experienced a devastating house fire in February of 2023. ServePro was by my side that very day. Craig and his team walked with me through every step of this process. They did a fabulous job with the home demolition and have been incredible in restoring items that were salvageable. I cannot imagine having gone through this experience without them. Highly, highly recommend!

Servpro was out after I had a terrible experience with another mitigation company. Hector came out and saved the day. He made the process so much easier and explained everything to me. The crew that came out was awesome and made me feel very comfortable with what they were doing. They had my whole house dried out and clean “like it never even happened”

My apartment complex called in ATI for “mold remediation”, after I found mold growing throughout my bedroom, closet, and bathroom. After being told the crew would be there for 1.5 hours, they were there for 15 min max and simply wiped down a wall with a rag, completely missing the cabinets I had pointed out that had mold. They later came back to clean those. After they left, I went through all contents in my closet to ensure they didn’t miss anything. I proceeded to find 10+ pairs of shoes covered in mold and a whole side of my wall covered. Extremely disappointed in this “remediation”, as no effort was made to confirm the cause of the mold, nor did the crew look for additional mold, they simply wiped the areas I pointed out. Would not recommend this company.

Jerry has been an amazing help here at Lavie South Park getting some carpets restored for us definitely deserves all fives keep up the good work!

Marco was very nice and helpful in getting the water from the carpets in my apartment extracted after it flooded at 1am on an emergency call. He explained what the process would be and then proceeded to get it completed in a timely manner. Very appreciative!
