ATI has been an amazing vendor to work with! I’ve had the pleasure to work with Jerome and Emily at two properties for restoration projects and the communication and clearness is unmatched. They walk us through exactly what needs to be done and what to expect. Though having the circumstance of needing a restoration company might not be ideal, it is a weight off the shoulders knowing that you are in great hands throughout the whole process!

Venturi did a great job fixing our laundry room that was flooded. Derek kept the project on track and completed in a timely fashion and the workers were on time, professional and worked with us to make sure the finished room looked the way we wanted it to. Would recommend without hesitation.

ATI Restoration was a God send for me after my tub in my upstairs Master bath got a hole in it and damaged the downstairs bathroom and laundry room and kitchen ceilings below it. I was fortunate that my Insurance company recommended ATI and from my initial call for the prompt first assessment appointment throughout the process of mitigation, restoration, painting, clean up- this company took care of me like I was family. I cannot say how excellent the experience was and how empathetic, professional, and caring everyone was. And the end results were fantastic! They went above and beyond removing my tub when the plumbers were taking too long to schedule the appointment so no further damages were incurred by water stagnating and each one from the mitigation guys to the plumber they called out to fix a water line to the repair guys to the Operations Manager, Tara Hoard, were A++++. They even managed to make my temperamental dog like them!
Special thanks to Tara, Paul, Marcos, Luke, and Carlos for everything they did. I could not have asked for a better experience and we thank you so much for being so great at what you do and how you do it. you put a floor in September 2020 the whole floor water wall is warped because your people didn't put down a moisture barrier. I'm not a flooring expert. I've had several Flooring experts come in and tell me the reason why it's warped water the wall because the installation was wrong and you guys won't do anything for me and I'm really upset.

Vinny and his crew did a solid job on our bathroom. As any home owner should, building a relationship helped the work to keep moving. Vinny was accessible by call and facetime. He inspected work and was good to work with on any adjustments needed to complete our bathroom. Thanks Venturi team.

I manage multiple apartment communities and have used ATI several times over the past few years for flood remediation. Anytime I’ve had to call them for an emergency, their team answers right away and responds within a reasonable timeframe, which is critical when units are flooding.

Most of my calls are due to situations like fire sprinkler lines bursting during cold weather or a water heater on an upper floor leaking into units below, and ATI has consistently handled these situations professionally and efficiently.

I really appreciate their communication — they send daily email updates outlining progress and clearly note which units still have equipment in place. That level of detail makes it much easier to manage residents and expectations across multiple communities.

Their area representative, Emily, is also fantastic. She’s super friendly, stays calm during emergency situations, and helps keep the entire process running smoothly, which makes a stressful situation much easier to manage.

I’ve also noticed that it’s been the same team each time I’ve worked with them, even about a year apart, which speaks to low employee turnover and strong internal management. Overall, ATI has been reliable, responsive, and easy to work with, and I would absolutely recommend them for emergency remediation services.

Tray was very nice, came really fast after the incident! Did the job swiftly and did a great job! Actually did a great clean on my carpet too.

Subcontractors BEWARE. When I sign up with ATI over 18 months ago original contract I sign stated "payment every 30 days" When ATI fully took over Venturi, I was told payment were going to be every 45 days. When ATI switch their accounting system and made all sub register with Netvendor 45 days became 50 days. Now I have invoices that are passed 60 days and no one can give me a clear answer on why they haven't got paid. Carly, office manager emailed me on 9/25 telling me my invoices were scheduled to be paid on 9/26 and 10/3. I haven't received payment. Later Ryder, regional manager told me "she submitted request for my payment and if request is honor check will be issued Monday 10/6." Until now, I haven't received any payment and no one can provide a clear answer on why is taking so long. I have 10 outstanding invoice over 60 days old adding up to $52,950. They will ask you to start job right away in order to keep their good standing with insurance and customer. But once job is completed, they give you the run around on payment. You will have to chase them down to get paid or threaten to file a lien on their customers homes.

Tray is literally amazing. He services my home frequently and is my absolute favorite. He truly does a good job and he really is just such a nice person. He is happy to serve and always has a great attitude. Thank you Tray! I don’t usually leave reviews. He deserves it.

We love working with ATI!!! Tray and Lorenzo are the best! Every time they come out to clean carpets at the property, they leave them looking brand new. Their customer service and energy are always on point. ATI is definitely our go-to for carpet cleaning, but we especially appreciate when Tray and Lorenzo are the ones on the job!

In 9 days, Ricky and his demolition team were very helpful during a very traumatic time of our life. ATI came with a large team, they were very respectful of our furniture, and finished their work very efficiently. They also did their best to clean up after the work was done.
