We chose Blue Haven Pools Charlotte to bring our backyard vision to life. Everyone from Clint (designer) to David Andrew (project manager) did a fantastic job. We had a challenging layout due to the 5ft gradual sloping of our backyard. The result was an outcome that was better than imagined. Any questions or concerns about the project was addressed by David and team.

my parents had a pool completed a couple years ago. Matt was our PM and was awesome! I recently called the office for some tile repairs. Customer service was amazing. They were so quick to get someone scheduled and had someone come out same day. I’d recommend Blue Haven to everyone!

I absolutely LOVE my new pool! Big thanks to Nathalie, David, and team for executing my vision and walking me through the entire process. If you’re interested in an in-ground pool, I would definitely recommend Blue Haven. I would also recommend budgeting an additional $15k-$20k, depending on the size of your pool, in the event of the excavation crew hitting soft soil during Dig Day. I was one of the lucky ones who required the installation of caissons to support the weight of the pool. (Communication during this process was a little off, but ultimately I’m happy I went through with the project.) Shouts out to David for installing the deep end rope divider! If you can’t swim like me 🙂‍↔️, it’s a must have (my opinion) until you get the hang of it!

We had a wonderful experience working with Blue Haven Pools. Matthew Hudspeth, sales representative and designer, did an incredible job of designing our pool and walking us through the pool building process. And we were grateful for David Andrew, our project manager, who worked to ensure every step was completed to our satisfaction.

I had a great experience with Blue Haven building a plunge pool to match my already existing porch layout. From design to completion they went above and beyond. I had a couple hiccups and Landon came out and got everything working to perfection. Landon was always available by phone or in person to make sure the project was completed on time and to my great satisfaction. He is a pleasure to work with. Blue Haven Project Manager. We are very detail driven people and wanted perfection. Throughout the process Ed provided detailed communication, always answered his phone, and I believe Ed genuinely cared for us to be happy with the outcome of our pool. I have an extensive background in home building and construction so my expectation we’re definitely above average and Ed was aware the level of my standards was high. I am sure my detail driven mindset might have pushed Ed to have a drink or two after after work 😂 but we’ll deserved drinks. We also had a very small backyard area to work with, please see before and after photos of the transformation. Appreciate all your hard work Ed and thanks for everything!!!!

Blue Haven has a knowledgeable and dedicated team. Sales planning (Jeff) and build execution (Ed) was a smooth process and they would always provide quick responses. When the build process was complete, we still had a few remaining items to be fixed and had been open for a while, so I contacted the Blue Haven office. I spoke with a manager, Warda Shaikh, about the outstanding items that need to be addressed. She is an absolute all-star, she took a checklist of everything that needed to be worked on and quickly scheduled someone to perform the work. Within a week, everything had been completed and addressed. Thank you Warda for being so detail-oriented, customer service focused and being an exceptional communicator. Thanks to the rest of the Blue Haven team, we love our pool!

I can't speak highly enough of Nathalie of Blue Haven. She was amazing, from start to finish. She made our experience worth the wait! Our pool came out amazingly!

Overall a very good experience. With any project there are hiccups, but David Andrews was very dedicated and making sure everything was good and that any issues were quickly corrected. He is always fast to respond And wants to do right by the customer. As a whole, the company was dedicated to the project and completed it quicker than I believe other companies would have done. I shopped around before making my decision to use Blue Haven, and would absolutely use them again. I recommend!

We were on a tight schedule for a milestone party. Jeff and Garrett knew this and brought the project in on time. Blue Haven provided excellent design and execution. Contract to swimming in 15 weeks.

Blue Haven Pools: Our pool project was handled with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. From quote to sales to project management, Blue haven did a great job. Communication throughout construction was consistent. although, somewhat reactive at times but we were always informed and never left wondering about progress. The team delivered exactly what they promised, on schedule and with excellent attention to detail. Even with a couple of changes, and natural issues, they delivered. David, our PM was always available by phone and very informative. Strong work!

The pricing seemed competitive, especially considering the high-end result and overall quality of workmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the finished pool. One always needs to buckle up and be flexible with construction project of this magnitude but we had a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this company for anyone seeking top-quality results, transparent and great value.

Blue Haven built us an in-ground gunnite pool with concrete pavers for the decking. They completed the project in early June, 2025. David Andrew was our project manager and we can't say enough good things about him. This is our first pool and we had a lot of questions. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped us through the process. Frankly, we wanted to wait a while before leaving a review to see how they responded to any follow-up items. And, wow! Landon is the GM and he is awesome, too! We compared Blue Haven with Anthony & Sylvan and could not be happier with our decision.

So satisfied with my new pool from the first phone call with Natalie to the construction, final grading and everything in between with Dale. Always available to answer my calls and questions and always made things right for me. The quality of customer service and quality of the pool construction and equipment is nothing less than the best. I recommend Blue Haven to anyone and everyone wanting state of the art pool!

We recently had Blue Haven install our in-ground pool and spa, David Andrew was our Project Manager and the entire experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The design team (Clint) took the time to really listen to what we wanted and helped us create the perfect backyard retreat. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every part of our pool and spa. Miguel and his team from Lago Vista Landscaping did an amazing job with the pool deck and hardscape. The equipment is easy to use, energy efficient, and the water features add a beautiful touch that makes our backyard feel like a resort. We’ve already spent countless hours enjoying it with family and friends, and it has truly transformed our home.

Our experience with Blue Haven Pools started strong but encountered some challenges midway. Our initial project manager was top-notch—extremely organized and proactive, keeping everything on track without us needing to follow up. Unfortunately, about a month into the project, right at the start of summer, the company lost two project managers, which left them short-staffed and impacted the supervision of the subcontractors.

Despite these hurdles, we want to especially thank Landon, the Charlotte manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed perfectly. His dedication and commitment to resolving the issues made all the difference, and in the end, our pool looks absolutely beautiful. We’re very pleased with the final result.

Blue haven is a phenomenal pool builder in the market. They designed and built an amazing pool for my family. Like any construction project, issues came up. However, the Blue Haven team did an exceptional job in addressing any obstacle with our project. The end result was a breathtaking pool that my family will love for years to come.

The team at Blue Haven has been great for us and helped out with all the questions. Any concerns I had, they addressed it then. They still check in with us. Pool has been completed over 2 months now and we are in process of landscaping and completing the pool house.

After two missed starts with project managers who did not communicate they finally assigned Jeff Seavy who was fantastic to work with? Jeff communicated well and kept me aware of status and all changes in the schedule. He followed through with all the subcontractors, ensuring that they fixed all the identified issues or problems. I highly recommend Blue Haven if you can get Jeff as your project manager.
