Tray came to our apartment property, Overbrook Place Apartments in Greenville, SC to clean to vacant units. He was punctual and thorough in his work. The carpets both came out great and the apartments are ready to be moved into. We're completely satisfied!

I have never worked with a restoration company as proficient as ATI. If I need them, they are there within the day. Jerome, Sandra and Emily are wonderful. You definitely receive what you pay for!

Chris cleaned a carpet for us today and it is absolutely fantastic! We always appreciate all the hard work! They always do an amazing job and we will continue to use them!

Cannot recommend them enough! My home ended up having water damage and my insurance company recommended ATI. The entire team was so responsive, organized, and really great to work with throughout the process. Chad Moore and his team were able to fix and repair everything in so much less time than I was told by other companies. The bathroom that was affected looks ten times better than it even did before! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for restoration companies.

Tray and Chris did an excellent job. We were in a real pinch today and needed our carpet cleaned in a hurry. They could have easily turned us down and put us off until the next day but they didn't. I am so thankful for them.

Emily is amazing! I reached out to her via Facebook since I did not have her card on me and she replied very quickly. We had a unit fire and I told her I needed someone out to give an estimate for repairs. This was roughly at 10am and she had Sandra out by 1pm that day! Sandra was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and she was giving me so much information to help me understand. Not only was she professional but just so fun to work with during this stressful time. She took away all the stress and said we will take care of everything. I truly am so glad these ladies were there for me to help with this process! I would recommend ATI to anymore!! If I have to go through so again (which I hope I don’t) but these ladies will be the first ones I call going forward!
