We had a great experience with Servpro of West Charlotte. They were very prompt in their response. Leigh , one of the project managers was first on the scene and took all the right steps. When the service techs showed up to do the actual work I was amazed at how well trained they were. Long story short, if I ever have the misfortune of having another disaster I will certainly call Servpro of West Charlotte.

I would like to highly recommend ServPro of West Mecklenburg. Craig, Leigh, Alex and the entire team were extremely professional, friendly, prompt and helpful. They actually went beyond the call of duty. After a fire you really need a vendor who comes in and gets the job done and Craig and his team certainly did that. I am fortunate to have picked them.

I came home from vacation to find a water leak. All I can say is thank God the two companies I called near me (Gastonia) didn't answer. It was a Sunday, around dinner time, and SERVPRO of West Mecklenburg County answered on the first ring and said they'd be there within the hour. It became clear very quickly that I was going to have to be moved out of the house and there would be extensive mitigation that would take more than a month. If you have never been through this, please believe me when I tell you the experience of being displaced from your home and all your things is gut-wrenching. However, the SERVPRO team not only handled everything with the utmost care and concern, they also understood the mental toll this kind of scenario takes on the homeowner. My home and I were treated with the utmost respect, kindness and concern. In fact, even as things were being ripped up and blowers/dryers/dehumidifiers were on full force (noisy), I felt oddly calm knowing I could count on this team to help me, to restore my house to normal (which, honestly, they restored to better than original) and that every single drop of moisture had been chased after and dealt with. The team -- Alex, Katarina, Keith, Elaine, Manny, Debora and others -- were hard-working, uncomplaining (it was 108 degrees inside the house at one point) and they clearly knew what they were doing. They are really good people. When it was all over I felt like I was losing a family, which sounds weird but when you go through a trauma like this and people come through for you you can't help but love them. I hope you never have to go through what I went through but if you do, call SERVPRO of West Mecklenburg County. You won't be sorry.

Now, I'm no expert on sewage cleanup, but Alex and his team seemed to handle the situation with the precision of a well-choreographed dance routine. The basement, which had seen better days, emerged from the ordeal looking downright spotless. It's as if they waved a magic wand over the mess and turned it into a space cleaner than before the incident.

I first used Servpro of West Mecklenburg about 4 years ago for a major water damage restoration and found Craig and his employees to be extremely prompt and professional. When you call them you get a call back within minutes. I have just used Craig and his team for the 5th time in 4 years and I have always been impressed with the work they have done. These guys are the BEST!

Alex V. the General Manager is fabulous. I can't speak highly enough about him. He was helpful, informative, honest, prompt and provided a fair quote. Will definitely use again if I have any issues in the future.

This team (headed by Alex) responded immediately to our call, and, because of their experience, was able to guide us in making a good decision on what to do next. Earlier, we had discovered a minor leak in our washing machine, which had allowed water to slowly accumulate in the sub floor beneath our tile. The damage and the growing mold could not be readily seen, but was present just the same. Once the diagnosis was made and the initial plan was determined, the team set about to complete the demo, dry the subfloor, and mitigate the mold. They were even able to help us temporarily install our new washer and dryer in the garage so we would not be inconvenienced while our utility room was being reconstructed. Throughout it all they worked quickly and professionally and I would not hesitate to hire them again if the need ever arose.

Great team. Courteous and professional. Came in to do a drying from a a pipe burst. Let me know what was going on through out the process. Cleaned up extremely well after they left! If you don't choose this company for you issues you are probably doing yourself a disservice.

We had our house vandalized/disrespected by a "contractor". I needed the service of Servpro and Craig had a team assembled within 2 hours of calling. Drywall dust in every corner of our downstairs/furniture covered with paint, electronics also left uncovered. Everything that was wrong was righted within 8 hours of their team arriving. Elaine and the crew were/are incredible. I honestly can't thank them enough for putting our house back to normal. The whole process was seamless and they were so professional and sympathetic. I developed and built a luxury townhome community in NODA. A home inspection was scheduled for the last unit to sell. The inspector tested the sink stopper on the third floor, but left it engaged and forgot to turn the water off before leaving the property. The faucet ran over the weekend for 90+ hours uninterrupted before I got the dreadful call on Monday morning. My first call was to my insurance agent, and he directed me to Alex and SERVPRO of West Mecklenburg County. Thank goodness for Alex and his team! Water was everywhere! Alex and I walked through the unit with moisture meters and detected significant moisture in the floors, ceilings and walls. SERVPRO started their process of drying the townhome the very next day. Alex is excellent with communication and kept me posted throughout the entire process. I ended up using my subs for most of the rehab, but SERVPRO handled all of the drying and kept thorough drying logs along with a detailed mitigation report. I was able to use these logs to provide comfort to my buyer and use the reports to get paid by the insurance company. SERVPRO provided insight into the loss collection process with the insurance company. I had a fantastic experience with Alex and his team and although I hope I never have to call them again, I will definitely be using them if I need to!

Craig and his team at Servepro went ABOVE and BEYOND to provide outstanding service and customer care. During a very stressful basement flood, his team came in with laser precision, accuracy and attention to detail to remove all damaged property, salvage remaining items, and even provided temporary storage until our renovation was complete. Craig is kind, caring, and truly has his customers best interest in mind. He was a thought leader, a problem solver, and an advocate for us as we filed the claim with our insurance. I cannot recommend Craig and his team enough - wish all businesses had this level of leadership and service!

I called SERVPRO because of some water leakage between the attic and my ceiling. Craig came out the same day to assess the damage. He found some potential leak spots on my roof, and some damage in the attic. Although his company couldn't do the repairs, he recommended a trusted roofer who he then put me in contact with. Thanks for the help!

Craig & Leigh went out of their way to make an extremely traumatizing incident, bare able and painless. Craig came in on a weekend to receive my car and secure it. Leigh was able to provide more info about my car and the claims process than my insurance adjuster. She even worked with other vendors to complete work that wasn’t her responsibility.
