Cody came out to the house, and was so nice, and so professional. Our house was a mess, as we are redoing our floors, but he adapted. He took his time with us, explained things well, and made sure he gave us the best deal. I would highly recommend him.

This company came to my house and knocked on my door 5 times in approximately 5 minutes. It woke my sleeping baby up. If I do not come to the door after the 2nd knock it should be a clue that I don't wanna talk or I am not home. I'll never use their business because of this.

Very nice casual/straight forward presentation, connection as veterans from three different services. But as of 24 hrs later we have not received a proposal via email.

The encounter with Gary Land was all I hoped it would be. Showed up on time, made friends with my dog, and got right down to business. A thorough explanation of what he saw at my home that was very much less than optimal with the existing siding ... pointed out more than one thing that I had not expected. From there I got a great tutorial on Products that would be used, installation techniques, warranties, guarantees ... EVERYTHING I had anticipated asking. I am still several months out from pulling the trigger on this project, but I am now armed with a great deal of very good information and have to think that Southern Industries will be my choice for this job. They are gonna be hard to beat!

The guy that came out was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about all the questions that I asked. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Gregory Moore come out to the house an showed me samples an did all his measurements for my bathroom remodel cause I want a walk in shower, an he was extremely nice an polite an had all the answers to my questions! I really appreciate Gregory Moore for taking the time to come by an make sure that everything was done the way I wanted.

I had the pleasure of hiring Southern Industries Home Improvements to replace my windows and these guys rock! They came and knocked out the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves. Brett Copeland was and his partner was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. Brett also kept his word and dropped off some BBQ which I totally forgot. The container weighs a ton and I will have BBQ all week. Thank you guys for making my 1st experience on buying windows a great one.

Do NOT go with this company if you want good service. I had them install gutter guards on my small cottage and there product has destroyed my soffits and is now leaking rain into my bedroom window. They did come to look at damage and did admit to it being their fault. They said the pitch of my roof was such that the high profile of the gutter caused the damage. This could have all been avoided if they were honest to begin with..but no they were not. Now I am left with destroyed soffits water leaking in windows and no sign of them coming back or even returning my calls. I have never had such a poor experience with a home repair company in my life. They could redeem themselves if they had any sense of customer care and fix what they destroyed but alas they have not.

Nick spent hours with us, letting us compare materials and prices. He also had a really cool app that allowed us to see different colors and styles on our house. Then he was able to get us a really good finance rate to sign on to the project. The material samples were quality, we are excited to fix all our exterior repairs and have a maintenance free exterior. We really appreciated the patience Nick granted us as we tried to make up our minds. We are really excited to see the finished project.

No more praying * please don't let me fall* don't have to now. No more trying to step out of that high tub. Am very pleased with the work that was done. Had two great installers and Tony Turner was great too. The men took their time. And made sure it was done correctly. Not a half way job. We ran into a snaggle trying to get the old tub out but they worked with it .very detailed in their work. Everything Tony and I picked out was right. .no wrong product. There was no playing around with the installers. They were here to do a job and they did. I would recommend Southern Industries to anyone that wants a job done the old fashioned right way. Victor came out to our house 2 nights ago went over our estimate. unfortunately it was just out of our budget,so we had to decline the offer. the next day I received a call and they wanted to come back out and revisit the offer, we was able to reach an agreement that worked for both of us. this showed me that Southen Industries was interested in the customer, and winning our business as a customer. Mr. Rose was very professional and really listened to what we wanted and delivered on his promise of giving us a product that we will be happy with for years to come.

Thalles,Chandi and one other Technician arrived on a cold, wet morning and Promptly went to work replacing three windows. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. After install and clean-up, Thalles demonstrated the operation of our new windows, along with answering our questions. All in all, a positive experience!

We love our new windows and are extremely satisfied with quality of them. The fellas that installed them were all very polite and available to answer any questions we had about the process. I would highly recommend this company, their professionalism and friendliness made our experience so wonderful. We are making future plans to have them come back and do our vinyl siding.
